I was order number 479 8/26/2023 8:32:16pmI order only a hot latte the worker the silence the alarm for my order. Then finish up what they were doing forgot about my order. And proceeded continue to make everybody else's in the line who arrived and paid after I was already waiting. 10 minutes I waited for my drink.

Paid extra for steak on my nachos that I didn't get and you didn't give me a recipet I did hear them repeatedly talking about someone taking a break maybe put that attention to your customers. I was already home before I noticed so I won't be back ever.

This sheetz is amazing. The people really care about what they are doing and the people that come in the door. In more cases than I can count or list they went above and beyond to make mto items a bit customized because they care. For eats and gas and convenience the store is great. Because of the people its superb.

Very small Sheetz with a small town feel and very friendly folks behind the counter. Not a lot of choices compared to other Sheetz, and a unisex (but clean) restroom.

New to the area . And finding a friendly Sheetz was important. The staff here treat me like family ☺️. Love see them every morning for coffee. Always greeted at the door with a smile and I never leave without a thank you and have a good day!! And thank you for all you people do!! Great customer service
