I went in with a package I wanted to ship overseas. My first time ever doing this, so I was obviously ignorant. They were helpful (hence 3 stars) but the man seemed bored and annoyed. Overall, the positivity from the place is a 2/10, they're helpful but sometimes have an attitude with it. Like, excuse me for being and idiot I guess.

Spoke with Tom on the phone, he mumbled and was hard to understand, was not interested in getting the information I needed and was quick to get off the phone. Disrespectful and non helpful.

They are always nice to me. I enjoy going to this post office. I’ve never had any troubles and I do ecommerce online (within the last year) so am here a lot.

Todd is the least professional government employee that I have ever encountered. 0/10 would recommend going to this post office for anything.

Good Customer Service.
Hardworking staff who are often under lots of pressure. Still the staff always maintain their grace.
The U.S. Postal Staff answer all inquires from mailing options to costs of postage globally to tracking capability.
The Post Office also process Passports through scheduling appointments online.
As well, the Shrewsbury, PA branch sells/ offers a varoety of stamps whether for use or for those who are bonafide Philatelists.

Do not try to get a passport here! I watched a woman be told for the second time that her CONFIRMED time slot was not in the system so it wasn't valid! Then I was told my CONFIRMED passport time also was not valid - I CALLED at 9 am and asked questions regarding my 10 am appointment - at no time was I told I wasn't in the system!This is ridiculous - the Post Master clearly doesn't know how to do her job!! She literally threatened the police and walked out back.

I was told this morning that this post office is not a government post office nor are they government employees. I'm very confused but I wonder if that clarifies why most of my mail gets destroyed or smashed when I mail it from this location...... Isn't it illegal to operate out of a United States Post office if you're not in fact a United States Post office?

Everyone that I’ve talked to on the inside have nasty rude attitudes. Came in this morning said “good morning” to a tall young gentleman and was greeted with an eye roll and no words from his end. I handed him my package and he snatched it out my hand. I did call him an a$$hole on my way out as a result of his lack of customer service. There is also and older lady that works inside and always has a bad attitude as well. Not understanding why everyone is so rude ?!

I live in New Freedom but drive past the post office there to use the one in Shrewsbury. So do a lot of other people in New Freedom. The nasty and incompetent employees (one in particular) at the New Freedom post office are causing a lot of extra work for the pleasant, capable employees at the Shrewsbury location.If you think the Shrewsbury post office isn't wonderful, try going to the one in New Freedom. You'll quickly change your mind.

Impossible to get any issues resolved. I haven't had mail delivered in months. I have contacted them numerous times and been assured that my issue would be resolved but no change. Now my passport and birth certificate are missing because they were mailed to my address but the post office refuses to deliver my mail. Even after going in person, submitting requests online and calling several times NO RESPONSE
