We own two homes, and in the past I have avoided bringing things to this location, unless absolutely necessary, since the other location provides much better service. I’ve come here several times when the store was closed when posted hours state it should be open.There’s often lines, and temperature control issues. But today was the worst. I came in, greeted the gentleman who helped me, who happens to be the owner. He barely responded and proceeded with my Amazon returns. Behind me, walked in what he called, a “paying” customer, whom he warmly and loudly greeted. After scolding me for bringing something in a box that shouldn’t have been, he initiated a discussion with the “paying” customer and the person who was taking care of her. He proceeded to tell them that he does not bother remembering Amazon customers, just ” paying” customers. Of course at this point, I’m not understanding, since I’m sure Amazon is paying well for their services. It was terrible customer service from the leader of the store!
I immediately returned home and sent Amazon a carefully worded email describing my experience. I will be printing that and sending it via US mail as well. I provided the store number and location. Going forward, I will bring ALL of my Amazon return to this location, and will notify Amazon every time service is poor.
Ironically, I had an appointment the same afternoon that ran over. I had two packages that I was going to take to the post office that I needed to go out today, but they were closed by the time my appointment was finished. I consider going to that UPS store because I really wanted these to go out today. However, I decided I did not want to be a “paying” customer at the store, since they don’t deserve my business.

Had some items printed yesterday. Brianna was AMAZING!! She was beyond helpful and a wizard with my zillion items I had printed for a baby shower. The two young gentlemen working with her were extremely courteous to and patient with every customer that came in during my wait. Keep up the good work!

SUPER helpful customer service! I needed a poster made on short notice. A competitor was EXTREMELY unhelpful over the phone, so I called here. The personnel at the UPS store couldn’t have made it easier!

I would give 0 stars if I could! Young guy with glasses in there gave me an attitude about shipping an Amazon return that was sent without a box so I brought it back without a box and refused to ship it. Also told me I need to bag items that are vacuumed sealed never opened for Amazon returns and I just laughed at him because why would I waste a clear bag on an already clear bagged package? Store was out of small bags and didn’t restock them! Unfriendly and rude associates. I went to red lion and they shipped the package with no box and no issues.

Ash the new manger at this store is amazing and the staff is too. It’s amazing to see the turn around this store has had the last year or so. Thank you all for your time and dedication.

Love this store! I’m here at least monthly for print jobs for a dog rescue and they are always professional, timely, and verify what I need done. The communication is great!

Had a very efficient experience with an employee at around 12:30pm. I was worried because I saw previous reviews, and I needed to return Amazon packages for my mom. The employee at the right desk (unfortunately I did not catch his name) helped me with a quick and effective transaction. I would highly recommend this location for Amazon returns.

Just dropped off a amazon return. Nothing big. The guy in there is most unfriendly and miserable person I've ever met. This is a franchise. UPS should really do a quality check on their franchisees.

I'm not sure why the owner chose to purchase this business. He has zero customer service skills and it's obvious he hates working at his store. Of all the local businesses I have visited over many years, this one is the worst. I wish there was an option to give them a zero star rating. I look forward to the day when the business is sold to a more capable owner.

I've noticed that many negative reviews here focus on being charged for tape. Packaging materials are quite expensive and costs can add up quickly. The store simply cannot afford to provide free tape. If they offer it to one person, they would have to do the same for everyone. I encourage customers to come prepared when visiting the store. I have been a loyal patron for years and have never encountered any issues. I frequently ship packages and return items from Amazon. I've observed how patient the store owner is with the younger staff, who are just starting out and learning from their mistakes. We all had to begin somewhere in our lives! I wholeheartedly give this UPS Store and its staff a million thumbs up!
