Excellent experience here! I came in toward the end of the day when the store was insanely busy, and the staff were patient, kind, and very helpful. Thank you!

Edit: i returned to the store 3 days later and the Gentleman who gave excellent service (who i believe is the onwer) was not there this time. I explained to the Gentleman working that i came 3 days ago to ship same product and he was very baffled. Took him about 30 min of putting item in other boxes taking them in and out to find a fit... when I explained how he used a smaller box it blew his mind somehow. Eventually we found a box that works... but somehow he charged me more for the box compared to when I came 3 days ago.
The Owner gave me amazing service, but whatever team was working Friday might be new.
ASK FOR THE OWNER! He knows what he is doing
I stopped here yesterday when I needed to ship a fragile item I needed help with, after a trip to the Post Office where I got no Help, The gentleman helping me at the UPS store was professional, friendly, and super helpful. Thanks for the Help!

Hours said 10-3 for Sunday, went and the door was locked and lights were off. Did my Walmart shopping and tried again...same thing. The sign in the window said OPEN. Very frustrating. Went over to Advanced Auto and used them for UPS drop off since the package was already labeled and sealed.

Shrewsbury UPS Store hours for Sunday are advertised as being open until 3pm. At 2:50pm the door was already locked and the open sign turned off and employees visible inside. I don’t care if employees want to close early and leave work by 3pm but then don’t advertise as being open. Another customer walking away from the locked door said she had tried to call earlier to verify they were open and no one answered the phone. There are other franchise stores to choose from - the St Charles Way UPS Store for example stays open to customers during the hours as advertised.

I went in yesterday to return Amazon purchases with my infant in a car carrier. I had everything organized and explained how Amazon goofed up the QR codes. The manager was explicitly rude to me. Told me that i can just do it myself since he didnt know what amazon has done. Another customer walked in the door, and the manager immediately apologized to that customer for having to wait even though they were in the store for 30 seconds while i was pulling up a QR code and being waited on. I picked up my infant and moved to the side and apologized to the customer behind me for having to “wait” The customer told me that it was fine and that I could still proceed being waited on. And i responded saying that it’s fine the manager has already made me feel terrible for being in there and was already so rude to me. And the manager then said that i could do my return at the kiosk. Which was a better experience than dealing with that Grown Adult be a jerk to a Mother with a baby.

The girls in the store know what they are doing and super helpful and nice!! But the guy who wears the blue shirt with glasses does not know manners. He does not know how to work a fax machine and he kept unorganizing all my paperwork. Everyone I need prints or to fax he read my paperwork and snoops (or at least he looks like it)

UPDATE--To me, things seem much better now at this store. I am a regular customer and the last several times I have been in for a return or shipping the staff has been welcoming and very helpful. Even the owner, with whom I had a difficult experience, seems to be more relaxed and pleasant. I hope that is true and that things continue to improve.

I have been coming to this store for the past 2 years since moving into the area. I come to this store for the convenience since it is close to home. I have noticed during the times I visited the store the owner is very condescending and rude to his employees. Now I know why he is always advertising for help. So today I needed to drop off a return thru Amazon that was prepaid. Upon entering the store there was one female customer being helped by the owner. There were no other employees working at the time (unless I did not see them). As I was waiting to be waited on, another 4 customers walked in and a line was forming. The owner stated if anybody has a prepaid Amazon return they could use the self-service kiosk. So I proceeded to the kiosk as well as an older lady behind me. She said to me she would let me go first so she would know how to use it. I would like to add this was my first time using this system. So the owner starts chirping that the instructions are easy and that a fourth grader could understand them. I said to myself, did you really just say that. Then I stated to him, do not insult me. He stated that he did not insult me. Really?? They lady behind me said that was very rude of him. This guy seems to have a very miserable life. I still don't know how he is still in business. I know I will not be back.

If you need a notary avoid this place at all costs. Go over to Runkles.

I attempted an Amazon return that said customer pack. I never opened the boxes and returned them that way but the rep told me they had to be packed together. The reason Amazon sent them separate is because each box weighs 30 pounds. Good luck moving that 120 pound box. Zero common sense and customer service at this location. I’ll take these to Maryland where they have some common sense.
