They should really be shut down at this point. They move one of their doctors 45 minutes away from us and then can't even schedule us with another doctor in the office until December? What kind of joke is that?
Every time we call or go to this office there's an issue. It's really just ridiculous. Don't go here. Find another pediatrician.

Front desk staff is rude.
It's actually ridiculous you can't schedule a sick visit in advance. The whole point of an appointment is so you can make arrangements. I shouldn't have to "call at 7am" to try and get an appointment. My kid is still sick, and it's because these doctors don't care. Prescribing antibiotic after antibiotic for months....
They need to seriously reevaluate their staff.
The office manager Beth, won't even answer her phone either.

I enjoy the staff, and definitely get the best treatment. But having to wait 3-5 business days for a medical release form to get filled out which I stated upon dropping the form off at the practice was an urgent matter, and that I needed it done ASAP, is a bit unreasonable. Would definitely have gone somewhere else for the form to get filled out.

Tried to call in about my inhaler and changing pharmacys and one of the ladies in the office named Debbie was very rude and cut me off mid sentence and transferred my call before i even finished talking. Talk about rude and unprofessional.

I have been going to Dr Pedone since she first opened this practice. Her mother in law referred me, as she was a regular at the salon where I worked. Tried to get appointment today and was told that since it's been over 3 yrs since I've been there, I am now a new client and they don't accept new clients! Over 20 yrs with this Dr treating me and this is what they do! Office staff is very rude and uncaring

I like my Dr. He listens to me and doesnt push stuff on me I dont need. No unnecessary tests. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

This is the best family practice I have ever been to. I could speak volumes about the care I have received from both the physicians and office staff - especially JO! She is the best. Despite previous reviews, I feel like the office staff has been outstanding. They are very accommodating even in the midst of the pandemic. If I call for a refill, it gets done promptly. Unfortunately they are not accepting new patients right now but when they do open their office to new patients in the future, I highly recommend them!

If I could give 10 stars I would. I have been a patient of this practice since the time they opened. I called with an acute problem this morning, they saw me within the hour, referred me out but I needed to be seen immediately, their staff called on my behalf to multiple Dr's until they found someone who would see me. Best part, not Wellspan affiliated! They truly value their patients and their wellbeing.
