i love the ymca and try and go everyday to lift i have no problems only the occasional karen or just elderly peoples not usung equipment but still sitting on it.

We've been members for a couple years. We have been going more frequently on our new health journey. The staff are very helpful and nice. Love the Silver Sneakers Program.

Threw a pool party for my kid yesterday. The staff is horrible. The life guard was an asshole. The girl at the front desk is clueless and none of the staff communicates. place is dirty. nobody even knew the party was supposed to even happen. waste of money, waste of time. I will never join, or throw a party at this YMCA again

Really good at making you uncomfortable. Very weird place. Staff will walk around the gym and reprimand people while they are working out. Staff is very rude.

0 stars. The staff is not customer service friendly. Membership services leave ALOT to be desired. They are unwilling to make exceptions to their policies during a pandemic and would rather criticize a single working mom for not calling to cancel the membership in a timely manner, rather then reimburse for a month charged AFTER I communicated with the director of member services prior to being billed. Even though the receptionist told me due to circumstances surrounding the pandemic, waivers can be made to their 30 day notice policy. The facility manager, Mike, and the member services manager, Erin, were unhelpful, uncaring and unbelieving of what their own employees are saying and REFUSED to reimburse me. Not only have they lost a family of customers, they also lost all community support from our family going forward.
