“So now they don't consider new freedom mail "local ". What's up with that. Has to go to Harrisburg in order to be counted since they are paid by the piece. And now their new delivery vehicles take up most the parking. What about the patrons. Worst customer service ever. Been a resist for almost 50 yesrs..”

“I had to ship something out for an exchange and I am terrible with QR codes, bar codes, shipping/mailing & all that jazz! The lady working the counter was super nice and did not make me feel stupid for not knowing what I needed to ship my package out.
