I don't recommend any Santander bank I went in for a $5000 loan and a week later they decided to close out my account. No reason given these people are evil and vile. They don't care about poor people like us don't Bank with Santander. They are bad.

Not happy at all with customer service with Santander Bank itself (not this branch). Been a long time customer and being treated like a child/ criminal. Wouldn’t recommend anyone try this bank if you want good customer service. Not trying to spread hate either. This is just the TRUTH. They have cost me a great deal of time and heartache and stress. And as I write this I have Zero resolve. Zero and not one person seems to care. And it’s been going on for 12 solid working days. Peace!

The tellers are helpful and friendly but every branch manager or administrative assistant I've had a dealing with there have either been smug, condescending or unfamiliar with the policies and or system.Maybe I've just been unlucky with who I get ( I only go in about 2-3 times a year )

Went here to certify some documents. The teller, Nicole, was very patient and friendly. She helped me sort out the legality of certification and certified all my documents. Other staff members were also very welcoming.

You could be the very next person in line and it takes forever to be seen. There will be tellers there not working with anyone and you will continue to wait. Worst bank ever. Takes over a month to get your bank card then another month to get the PIN number.

Not helpful at all! Can never help me, I always have to call customer service. Also having the Stewartstown Pa location was great, then it closed. Now we have to go to the Shrewsbury Pa location, which is horrible!!!

Santander Bank is the most inept bank on the US. You call with a question have to speak to a succession of people who can't answer a question. I wanted to find out why it took them 6 days to pay a billl online - to a major company. I was told that Santander's bill paying vendor required that much time. (It took 4 phone transfers and four lengthy holds over40 minutes to find this out.) I could write and mail the check in faster than that. They've closed all of the branches in MD. Why would someone continue to use a bank that provides NO services and pays no interest. Shame on me for trying to be a loyal customer. I've been more loyal to them than they have to me.

this review is about Santander not the local branch.I had a Bravo Credit card that was paid and had no balance. I received a statement with an annual fee of $49.00 due on Sept. 24, 2016. I sent the statement and cut card requesting the account be closed. I received another statement with a late fee and accrued interest, and told I needed to pay the fees and interest before the account could be closed. The request to close the account was made before the Sept 24,2016 due date. TERRIBLE!!! NO CLUE!! Ending my banking relationship.
