Slowest food service ever! Kitchen staff was underage idiots who were taking forever for my order, plus they were just talking to each other and not bothering with orders. Got my food and it wasn't right anyway. It's this way every time I stop. Pathetic service

People are very nice. Usually have everything in stock and gas station food is decent. PLEASE BRING BACK CHEDDAR JALAPENO POPPERS!!!

I completely understand that this is a gas station, and I don't expect excellent service, but it's another thing entirely to be openly and loudly disrespected by the food staff for ordering a cheeseburger. The entire staff was underage girls, and there didn't appear to be a manager or even an adult there to supervise them. Whoever manages this place should be ashamed.To be clear, it was the tall, obese girl, and the skinny one with the nose ring. The two behind the register were at least polite.

We were the only ones in the store. Took 30 minutes to get our food. For a large fry we got maybe 6 frys in there.And our snack wrap was burnt

Rutter’s is always a great stop for anything I need. Whether that’s a drink, MTO food, an ATM, or small household needs. It’s always super clean, and the staff members are always very friendly and helpful with whatever I need. The food is also always very fast. Rutter’s will always be a go to spot!

Everytime I go into Rutter's store # 02 Yolanda T is always cleaning inside wiping down the counters sweeping, mopping, wiping down the soda machines, coffee machines . If she isn't inside the store you'll find heroutside wiping the gas pumps, sweeping, the ice coolers , doors etc..She is very nice and respect.There is another employee who is a hard worker who has been there for year Samantha M always friendly and she is never standing still always moving helping someone.

I saw the ad on TV for two 8 dollar burgers.I place an order for two of the burgers and an order of fries when I got the bill it was over $18, when I went to the cashier and questioned the bill he told me I needed a Rutter's card so they gave me one and now it was still $18 the burgers were old and cold they must have been made hours before hand. After going back and forth with the cashier not getting anywhere I just paid the 18 will not go there again.

They took 2 HOURS just to make 3 hotdogs. We did get a warning there would be a wait but one of the workers who wasn't busy didn't bother helping the other. THE COFFEE IS A SCAM!! We first hand witnessed when they were filling up the coffee with water just to make it seem more full. The workers were nice but they're actions just no.
