We stopped here as we always do when we’ve been to the car show at The Markets at Shrewsbury. We live in Delaware near Rehoboth Beach, so we like to get some coffee for our ride home. The last 2 times we have bought coffee it has tasted like Hazelnut. We drink a decaf and a classic and both have that Hazelnut flavor. If you like hazelnut not go for it, if not buyer beware. Won’t be stopping here anymore.

Second place I tried to get gas that charged my card but would not pump any gas. Do you know how awful it is to be stranded in the middle of the night when it’s cold?

"Why Go Anywhere Else?" Because their gas prices have not gone down with those elsewhere in the nation. Compared to MD, for example, Rutters' gas has historically been about 40-50 cents more due to PA gas taxes; but now, it's about 80 cents more. So there's some gouching going on here . . .

I like this Rutter's as I usually can get in and out quickly. All employees have been nice, and if they have lots of snacks, drinks, and a small amount of food to fill your " hungries! "

Everyone here has always been really nice and helpful. The only problem I ever had in the store was when the ATM wouldn’t accept my card for some reason one time I went.
The employees told me where the next nearest one was and that worked without issue so that was nice they helped me out since I don’t think they really have anything to do with the ATM.

Rutter gas prices always at the top of the spectrum (.50 cheaper two miles away) a dirty little store with stale pastry and bad coffee. One would think the management would invest in this dump considering the gas profits and the prison made donuts.. I wouldn't buy a stick of gum here.. Find a Sheetz or better still a nice small independent store.
