Michael really knows what he is doing. Will not quit until he finds the problem and how to fix it. He works diligently to succeed. If all technicians were as dedicated as he is, how great that would be. Also he is polite and respectful. Good man!!

Great communication. Our washer was under warranty and they handled everything. They had the parts and we back out to fix the washer exactly one week from the initial evaluation.
