If I could give this site a no star review I would. I asked for her to clean up around the edges of my sons hair, he was letting it grow out. She charged me for a full hair cut because she said she had to cut around his ears to blend it. But it was uneven and she missed several spots and I had to ask her to fix it.Then my son admitted to me, crying the whole way home, that she had dug in with the comb and scraped his neck with the shaver. Just another Hack Shack.

This is a very convenient and affordably priced place to get a haircut. I absolutely recommend the online check-in, otherwise you may have to sit for a while. If you use the app, check in one line and arrive when you're schedule, you shouldn't have to wait for than 3 or 4 minutes for a haircut. Make sure you tell them when you arrive that you checked in on-line.Jen, the manager, is very nice as are most of the staff.

I got my hair cut this morning, it looks and feels great! Very happy with the results. Plus it's super affordable!I just wanted to add, I'm a stay at home mom of a 19 month old. I was able to have my daughter sit on my lap the entire time. Which was nice!

My disappointment is immeasurable aswell as my anger, I went to the great clips today and was cut by a women in red with brown hair, she was absolutely rank she smelled like she had just got done bathing in a cigarette bath. my lines are not straight she was shaking and she ripped out so many hairs i cant count my day is ruined and i will be absent at my cousins wedding because of how ugly i feel
