WATCH OUT! I ordered flowers for my sick mother in law and said NO SUBSTITUTIONS but guess what they did...substituted the main flowers for cheaper junk and when I brought it to their attention, they were rude and refused to correct their mistake or even offer an apology. I will never order flowers here again.

I ordered a Valentine’s Day flower arrangement on lunch break and couldn’t wait to give them to my gf, which she loved btw. They looked beautiful and smelled so good. I also got my kids a gift set would definitely order another arrangement again in near future from Flowers by Laney.
