I upgraded a phone at this store and the representative FRAUDULENTLY ADDED next up on my husbands line. I used to work for the company and these shady authorized dealers do this frequently so I made sure to look at the bill as soon as it generated. I called the store several times and was told there’s no manager here and they haven’t actually had one for a while…. I called the store I worked for and got the district managers phone number… this is a fireable offense so I will be taking this higher. YOU CANT JUST DO THAT TO MAKE YOUR NUMBERS LOOK BETTER ITS FRAUD!!!!

Rae was so great to work with! Poor girl was there by herself and managed to help 8-9 people in the 2.5 hours we were there. Ive never seen such smooth multi tasking- she gave everyone equal and pertinent attention. She never acted stressed or frustrated. She was super helpful, patient and nothing but kind to everyone and explained everything in detail for each person she was assisting. She hooked us up and took great care of us, exceeding my expectations. Thanks so much, Rae! I would return again for service here

I wasn’t a customer at your store, but my Mom was a few weeks ago. She needed help with her phone and IPad and went into your store where she met Brandon Robinson. He spent most of day helping her and making sure she understood all that she needed to. I just want to thank you for hiring such a gentleman and good human. And thank Brandon especially for being so kind to my Mom (Theresa). He reminded her of my son and gave her comfort as we lost him suddenly last year. We are considering moving from Verizon to AT&T simply because of this kindness.Thank you again… and Brandon thanks for your service.

Brendan was working and he had several customers ahead of us, but from the get go he managed our expectations and ensured us that he would help us as soon as possible. I needed a new IPhone and was concerned with getting everything transferred because my father just passed away and I didn't want to loose voice mails etc..He thoroughly went over all options of our bill as well as the iPhone options and technology in a clear, friendly and professional manner. The store closed at 8pm, but he went above and beyond and stayed until 9:30 until everything was taken care of. This is probably the best iPhone buying ATT experiences I've ever had. He clearly knows all the ins and out, he's very knowledgeable and professional. You've got a top notch employee on your hands, I hope you're compensating him properly and using him to his full potential. You don’t want to lose him!

As soon as we walked into our local AT&T store we were greeted by a friendly staff member, Ethan. He helped find the phones we were looking for and took the time to find deals for us to save money. He helped us set up our new phones and provided us with his contact info in case we needed further assistance in the future. He was very knowledgeable about the products. He even helped to fix a glitch in one of our phones. He definitely went above and beyond . Thank you Ethan!

Ely was extremely helpful and efficient! He was already helping people when I walked in so I browsed for a few minutes. He stepped away to ask what brought me in and got the process going. More people walked in and he was able to handle all 3 groups very professionally and never got flustered or frustrated. I was able to get my new phone on pre-order and was in and out of there within 20 minutes or so! Very happy with my experience!

They were extremely helpful. Since I switched to AT&T I had been having issues ordering a phone and getting set up with FirstNet. After multiple visits to another location and no success, I decided to try the Shrewsbury location and I was in and out in 20 minutes and my issues resolved. Ely was wonderful and so was Chantal.

Worst customer service ever. I traded in a phone almost a year ago. I was told the credit would show up on my bill within 3-6 months. I waited the allotted time, no credit. I contacted the store numerous times and contacted ATT trade in department on the phone. After calling and talking to different agents, I was told there is nothing on file showing the phone was traded in. I called the store and spoke with the manager several times. I always got the "we're looking into it". While it is my responsibility to have a receipt, I find it very interesting that they don't keep track of phones that are traded in. Now I'm out a perfectly good phone that I could have kept and used or sold, and ended up paying $800 for a phone that I don't particularly like. Bottom line, horrible customer service.
