If I could give a zero I would. There has been a piece of certified mail that I have been waiting for and the mail mad has gave me 2 pink slips and 2 handwritten notes. Saying to sign the back and they will leave it but have not left it. The mail person refuses to step foot on my property because of my dogs (that are in the house) that are not loose. Because of a busy schedule and kids it makes it hard to pick mail up and this mail WAS time sensitive now it is 4 days with out this certified letter and the date has come and gone on what I needed those papers for. If I could give a zero star I would.
