I ordered a cup of fry and two drinks I got the drinks after 5 minutes but I waited over 20 minutes for the fries. After a bigger order from a party who came in after us got their order I asked why we were waiting and if I could get a refund and the guy behind the counter started arguing with me about the fries

Placed an online order went to pick up and saw it wasn’t there yet so I told the cashier my name for the order and silly me for not checking to make sure they gave me the right order after everyone looked very confused because now that I am home I realize they gave me the wrong order, so now I lost money and am not driving back in to deal with it, was a customer for many years, won’t be going back anymore

We went here last Saturday around noon to order some food and my daughter wanted the pizza. She has an egg allergy so I asked the lady making the food if the pizza flatbread has eggs in it. She said she didn't know so I asked if there was an allergen menu (that most food serving place have) and she told me no, and that all of the food has allergens in it. I told her that her response made absolutely NO sense. Who the heck hired this lady? Why would it be okay for a worker to not give a care about getting the proper safety information to the customer? We will be avoiding this place in the future.

I got the 6 tacos for $6. Not bad, just seemed to be rushed to be put together. Part of the cheeses were out of the shells. Taste was good, sligently different than Taco Bell. Wait time was about usual and the emplayers need to smile a bit more.

They have my favorite shake and the bathrooms were stocked, friendly service too. Parking is a little tight sometimes but good hardworking people here!

This place is never Handy cap excess the electronic doors hardly ever work and when I ask about it I get a stupid answer.They say the doors always broken.

I've been meaning to leave a review for a while now. But whenever Zeke is working the register at this Shoemakersville Sheetz he is always greeting everyone with a smile and asking them how they are doing. He's, cool, collected and if everyone could take a page out of his book..... we'd all be in better shape. Thanks for always providing great service Zeke!!

Danielle and Kandis always make sure the store is spotless and food is made right. They both go above and beyond to be sure customers leave happy. Great customer service. Highly recommended.
