All but stole/tricked me out of my dads chainsaw. Took a 50$ saw in for fuel lines. Takes 2 weeks, go to pickup and the bill is 180$ for a list of work done not needed (sharpened blade $80 i was about replace for 20$, etc ). Refuse to pay 4x the items top value. So now they own dads saw i was just trying to help with. Be careful is my advice. Ask more questions. Loved the place until this BS

I had a snow blower in for a new carburetor. The machine was returned caked in mud with the new carb leaking gas. They took it back and returned it to me several months later with the new carb still leaking gas. I'm not entirely convinced they even looked at it the second time around. Horrible service !!!

The Staffan Kuzan's True Value Hardware store is very helpful and knowledgeable. I was able to purchase a spare key fob for my new car. They programmed it for me at no extra charge.
