We just had 8 windows installed by AJ Windows. 1 window required cutting a whole through the brick wall to install a new window. All work was done professionally. They cleaned up and worked non-stop until all work was done.
We are very pleased with the product and installation.

I had a roof replacement done by them. From the sales standpoint they are good. I like the look of the new roof but I had a issue with the front gutters They had to remove mine because it attaches to the roof itself when they did that the guys were really rough on the gutters. The front was bent badly and the down spout dropped off the very next day. I called to have them come out to fix the problem and initially were slow to respond. I was getting water in my basement because of how far away the gutter was from the roofs drip edge. To be honest I was scared I got a bad company and stop payment on the check until I was confident that they took care of the problem. Once I was satisfied I had the bank release the check all of this was probably in 2 weeks time. The owner is a horrible person. He clearly doesn’t know how to do customer service. He believes his own workers over the customer. I would have had other work for them if they were more concerned about my issues. I will never use this company again. Buyer beware.Service: Roof repair

AJ Window and Door recently completed a siding job on our house. They did a great job! They were very accomodating to the few adjustments we made while they were on site doing the job. They finished well before the scheduled time and they were very professional, helpful and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this company.

The windows and patio door that we ordered in August arrived the following January. We were told it might take three months; so it took five. No big deal, as the quality of the replacements are very good.However, satisfaction with the installation, especially the patio door, is another story. A call to the owner proved fruitless.Services: Double pane window installation & replacement

Hello. We purchased our house one year ago. Our first winter's heating bill told us that this older home (1960 ) desperately needed new windows, 15 of them plus a glass door. We performed the due diligence of obtaining estimates. In large part, there were not a great deal of differences in what the salespeople (who were all good) showed us. The windows shown by the various salespeople might not be all be from the same manufacturer but they were of the same quality and had the same features so that did not influence our decision very much. The prices were not far from each other so that did not give us much to make a decision. What it came down to was the presentation and Joshua's was tops. Now, what was their installation crew like? Were they just as good? Three installers came this past Thursday and installed everything. Two, Andrew and Kyle returned on Friday to do the finish work. Excellent. They were very diligent and we are happy. OK, Winter, bring it on. We're ready.

I had a rubber roof with a lifetime warranty put on my house 6 years ago. It started leaking within a year. They've came out multiple times to "fix" the problem and it leaks now worse than before. I've since been calling the owner to have my roof properly repaired and he has not sent anyone out and is now sending me to voicemail. We paid higher than market price because of the "warranty" AJ supplies with their work. Last storm I had 15 buckets placed around my house catching rain from their workmanship. I would not recommend them to anyone EVER. They do not follow up with service, contracts, or customer service.

We got AJ Window & Door Solutions to replace our picture window in our living room. The manufacturer they use is Okna from Bristol, Pa. Local. High quality windows but affordable. We ordered a bow window and it came in alot sooner than we thought. Nice surprise. AJ's sent a crew of three out and had the old window removed in no time. Then two more guys showed up in another truck with the new window. It took all five of them to hoist it up over my bushes into the the frame. Those bow windows weigh a ton. Anyway, they installed it in no time. I was very impressed with their professionalism and speed in which they did it. The window looks great! I would highly recommend AJ's.
