My pick up carrier is almost always on time, on schedule. My carrier empties my can and puts the lid back on the can every time. Overall good job.

I have has no issues with the people that provide the service at our specific branch. However, I was signed up for auto pay, and they took 2 payments when we updated our expired bank card. They will not provide a number to call to an actual representative. I have been on hold over 30 minutes trying to get everything resolved.

Absolutely ridiculous that we are stuck with this company. We had missed pickups at the start of our service and early payment withdrawals.

Disappointed that to stop delivery for a vacation a customer must pay to reinstate pickup . Just thought that especially in the winter it would help the driver as he/she wouldn't have to get out to check for trash. Just thinking of another.......

I’m sorry to say but about 2 weeks after I switched to WM they changed my day from Wednesday to Friday and my trash NEVER gets picked up! Yet the app says it did as do the representatives when I can actually get someone. Right now I’ve gone 2 weeks, I wonder if they’ll be here tomorrow.,,,,,,. /-:
