All the staff is extremely friendly and always offering a helping hand! The 5x7 unit is perfect for a college student! The only issue I had was the lock I was given didn’t fit but I planned to get my own anyways! Other than that great service!!

Great place to store things over the summer. Got a 5x7 unit and to fit all my stuff. Would recommend so you don’t have to bring all your stuff home.

I rented two units. I had a problem with the access code to get onto the gated property, but it was resolved within five minutes. The units themselves are secure and easy to access. The company has sent follow-up texts to make sure my needs are being met.

WARNING: SLUM LORD & HIDDEN FEESI rented a unit for over a year. 3 months into my lease and the door broke. The service rep never reported my call to maintenance. Once the owner was finally informed there was still no action taken. When I called to discontinue services I was told that there was a cleaning fee of $250 to leave a mattress behind. I was NOT allowed to utilize the dumpster on the property and was told if I do so i would I would be fined. Then they called again and tried to get me to pay for an extra month of service!Update to business reply:It does NOT take that long to fix a door! You have the time and audacity to paint the broken door and change my unit's lock but you can't fix or replace it? I was also never contacted ONCE about the door issue. As for the items I left behind I was originally told the cleaning fee was going to be $100 for the items I very clearly explained I was leaving. Then when I called back I was told it would actually be $250 and when I asked to speak to someone or have the call reviewed so they could clearly hear the quoted price I was given, I was told "We don't do that" and also "We don't have a supervisor for you to talk to." I asked for the owner's contact information and the representative would not offer me any other solutions besides paying MORE THAN TWICE what I was originally told!

When I went to access my unit the code I was given would not work. I called in and got a temporary one, they also reset mine and said within 15 minutes it would be reset. I got stuck inside because this wasn't the case and had to call again and get a code to get back out.

My rent was $78 a month when bolt storage took over, since then in the 2 years they've had it my rent is now $145. I moved out on the 5th of November and they still want there $145 plus a $15 dollar late fee. I would strongly advise not renting off them. I found a bigger unit elsewhere for $50.00 a month

I can't wait to get my stuff out! I have a 10x20 unit. When I first got the unit the price was $73 a month. They have raised the price many times. I just got an email today stating they are raising the price to $150 a month for a 10x20 unit. Absolutely ridiculous!!!

Bolt storage is a con. They a month. Rip-off the price every 2 months. I do not recommend this storage to anyone. I started out at $36.00 a month. When I left it was $95 a month. Plus they have a mandatory insurance of almost $100

Unit was clean and had a lock provided when I took the tag off the door. The hallway way was very clean, the surrounding buildings and driveways didn't have any garbage or pallets laying around. Seems like the maintenance person keeps on top of things.

After purchasing online, I go to unit next day and couldnt get in. So i only have a cess to my unit between 7am and 9pm. On top of that their keypad for entry is 15 minutes slow. I work long days so I have to move in the evening time and only you have until 9:00 and then I'm locked out so people that work on schedules don't have access.Lastly the security fence in the back of the units is laying over on its side down in a ditch where people could walk right over it and come right into the "secure" location.
