I always get gas here. Lots of pumps, the people who work here are very kind and the machine always prints a receipt.

I stopped in on my way to work this morning. I was kinda pushed for time. I grabbed 4 diet Pepsi's and a candy bar. I sat them up on the counter and asked for a can of skoal. The cashier started off nice with a greeting and than proceed to try to find the skoal. I get they are hard to find with so many different flavors to choose from. The can I wanted had a $.50 off coupon on it. It wouldn't ring up so she grabbed another can that didn't have the $.50 off coupon. I said they are probably not the same price cause one is marked and the other one wasn't . Her response was oh I am sure they are the same. Not hardly. I have worked in retail. Anyways, I said whatever than she proceeds to tell me the candy bar isn't ringing up. She than ask me how much it was. She wouldn't go check to see the price. Pretty much she acted lost and didn't know what to do. I left with just the soda and full price skoal. They lost my business as of today. I have seen poor customer service but this takes the cake. I would advise going to sheetz or turkeyhill. I know I will from now on.

Very nice and clean place, lowest gas prices compared to neighboring gas stations, and had everything I needed! The new owner is also very helpful and kind!

Your girl Hannah with the glasses needs fired for being extremely unprofessional at the simplest of jobs, a gas station attendant. Anyone else who I’ve had take care of me at the Sunoco in shipp has been excellent. It is only the girl Hannah. Def reconsider hiring such a bad person ! ?
