We have not been to Porters for a really long time. I forgot how big this store was. They have a very nice selection ,with some very nice and helpful sales ladies. Our friend just got some furniture there and said go see Cookie . She is very, . very nice and so very helpful . She helped us find what we were looking for and helped my wife color coordinate pillows . We got some prices and found out they even do a military discount. That in itself to me is a seller. We thank you for your help, Cookie we will see you soon !!

Porters have been servicing the area for many years. My parents bought all their furniture and carpet here. We just purchased living room furniture and everything went without a hitch. Staff members are very personable and knowledgeable. Delivery guys did a great job. We would definitely buy from Porters again!

Purchased a desk chain which developed problems with the adjustment mechanism. Called Porter and explained my problem. Told to bring it back to have a look at the problem. The result was a repaired desk chair at no cost to me. They take good care of their customers. Well done Porter Furniture management and staff.

Porters did all of the flooring in my new build home and I couldn’t be happier! First off, the whole team is helpful and service oriented. They helped me when I was stuck on design choices. They advocated to get my tile in a timely manner when there was a delivery issue. They installed tile, carpet, vinyl, and LVP in my home and all of it looks amazing!

This is for my mother who went in to porters searching for a chair. They lost a sale. No one in the store bothered to ask my mother if she was being helped or what she was looking for. She left not speaking to anyone. I would say the service is less than par.

We were COMPLETELY satisfied with all of our purchases over the past couple years, which included three Flex Steel sofas, one sofa chair, two nightstands, one large dining table and chairs, one round smaller dining table and chairs, and several table lamps. The sales people have always been very friendly and helpful, and were honestly just a real pleasure to work with. We had no issues at all with delivery. They showed up on-time, and they took very good care to not damage our walls/floors, etc. Once the delivery team left, we did notice damage to the round table, which we believe happened at the factory, but it was quickly rectified once we called Porters to let them know. We received the replacement top within a couple of weeks without issue. I would recommend this store to anyone looking for good quality furniture, and in-fact, I just recommended Porters to a friend today.
