I can not say enough about Allen in the service department my vehicle broke down on the PA Turnpike I my vehicle towed in, on a Sunday, Allen called me on Monday morning at 7:30AM and told me he has 10 appointments if I can fit you in I will Allen called me back at 12:PM and told what was wrong with my vehicle. I live in Ohio I got the best service If I can five the dealer 10 STARS I would.

The car needed a State Inspection so I took the car to Parsons Interstate Ford,LLC where I know these guys know exactly what they are doing! And they did a beautiful job as always!

Absolutely pathetic never fixed the problem on my vehicle I told em, rather they went and checked the oil and tire pressure and and brakes and I never once mentioned to do that ,I'm was very disappointed and still am I'll never go back again charge an arm and a leg to work on your vehicle techs know nothing, I definitely wouldn't recommend, total time wasters, all they want is your money don't care about the rest of your vehicle,they should refund all my money back

If you’re a woman don’t shop here
I went in with my boyfriend and was completely ignored and disrespected by a salesman named “Noah”. He made me extremely uncomfortable to the point where I had to leave and then made sexist comments towards women to my boyfriend while I was gone. I was also getting dirty looks by two other salesman, but “Noah” was by far the worst. If I could give 0 stars I would, I’ve never been so disrespected in a dealership before.

Very appreciative for the great sales experience! Noah did a great job getting everything organized and gathering info. Greg was very transparent and fair in negotiating. F&I process went very smoothly and quickly. I am glad I made the trip to Shippensburg to work with them in-person!
