Just moved here and made an appt bc of the high rating. The only issues are non hair cut related. Jen gets 5 stars! She was on time, attentive, answered questions professionally, and best of all gave me the cut/style I asked for. I like showing a pic so I had one from front and back. I made another appt and will make referrals.The take aways are not a good selection of hair product. There is a lot of space for it ?♀️ Next is the chairs are uncomfortable. The salon chair had almost no padding so it’s difficult for a person with body pain to imagine sitting there for hours getting hair color/tinting/ foil etc. Last is the lack of designated parking. I have a disability plate and a woman came out from an apt to tell me it was only for the apt. house. There wasn’t any other so now what? There wasn’t a sign saying “ parking for Hair Cottage” so go on the street? I heard another woman confused over the parking situation. Maybe let people know when they call for an appt where to park?

It is difficult to find a trusting person that listens to how you want to cut your hair. Michelle was amazing to my daughter and myself. The shop is adorable and friendly.
