Please get your own loan pre approved before buying from this dealership. They will lie and take advantage of you if you do not know financing or how dealer commission work by letting you take the worst financing rate. Drove 3 & 1/2 hours to pick up an used Corvette, car price agreed already, expecting the best or good interest rate (near 850 credit score). They offered me 10 percent loan. I declined and drove back home, another 3 and 1/2 hours wasted. Got two loans at 6~7 percent, went back to the dealership. They said one of loans i secured was their partner. Basically, they tried to get max commission from my deal so they sent me home hiding better rates! Since I got one of their partner's loan approval (bank of America), they had to offer that loan to me. Very dishonest people!

Great work from the service desk to the technician. They fixed the low RPM accerlation shutter I had. Kudos to all.

We recently purchased a 2018 Jaguar in November of 2023. Jared was our salesman and was kind, courteous and professional to say the least. The owner of H&H and the sales manager went out of their way to be helpful. We traveled over 4 hours, one way, to do this deal and will definitely make the trip again if we decide to purchase a Cadillac. Merry Christmas to the team at H&H Cadillac!!

I had an appointment for a drive through alignment check at 10:30. I got there about 09:45, the drive through bay was empty so I drove right in as I was instructed last week. I went to the service desk and he handed me a copy of the results, including the info of my truck.I was thoroughly impressed!I needed some adjustment and they were able to do that while I waited.I was out of there before 11:00!

We purchased a truck December 2022.Less than a month the truck needs some engine repair and is in the shop for more than 2 weeks now. In addition to that- we still haven't received the registration and it's been more than 2 months now.Will never again go to these people! I was hoping there is a negative rating and I would gladly give the highest negative number!

Here for our first service on the new trailblazer. Very friendly service department. Took about an hour. Nice dealership. The lot has a few new and used. Hard to find SUV's and trucks so get here if ya want one.
