This is a terrible place to get your meds from since new manager Emily arrive there ,you can not get your meds on time or she is giving you something else that you can't take please go somewhere else once was a good place when the manager Craig was there but now it is trash

Well, I went to the drive-through to get my medication and I pointed out to the young lady that the slide out drawer was filthy on the outside. She said oh well it’s always that way. Well you know what that’s how people get Covid and flu things like that from filthy Drawers and handles. I mean it’s one way they can get it. It really doesn’t make the appearance of the pharmacy to be one that wants to help in the fight the cure of disease…. anyway, I think she should’ve just said… I ll make sure that gets cleaned off. That’s exactly what needs to be done.

Been sick for almost 4 days. Not covid 19 related. New one, our CVS pharmacy in Shippensburg pa now shuts down for lunch for 30 min, then I'm told to come back. It is 6mi one way in a van. ( I cannot drive right now I'm that sick) my car is a clown car for my bf. They have 4 people why do all have to take a break at the same time? Additionally, the gas prices as they are cannot afford the return trip. I needed the med my dr prescribed now since I have issues breathing. The guy wished me to have a nice day. Uh that isn't happening because I'm in pain with labored breathing. Told to return in 45min to an hour. Sadly, nobody cares. If my employer didn't use them for my insurance for prescription I would go elsewhere. My bf called weis pharmacy and i called the dr back canceled with cvs and had my meds in less than 10min. Weis I used good RX it was $10. CVS has Zero empathy and really, you have to close instead of scheduling breaks. Poor business model.

I went to this pharmacy drive thru to ask one question related to Covid-19 and the young lady who greeted me must’ve been having a bad day, but her customer service skills were lacking. This was between 12:30 and 1:00 in the afternoon. I will not be going back to this CVS.

This is hard to write because the store itself is fine, however the pharmacy is a disorganized mess. My pet takes a pill daily that has to be filled at a pharmacy. Whenever a refill on the script needs called in it takes my vet's office at least 3 attempts for CVS to get it right. This month my vet called in the script twice (so far), each time logging whom they spoke to about the prescription and 2.5 weeks later and after speaking to 2 different people in the pharmacy, the script is still not filled and CVS claims they have no knowledge of it. I will be out of meds entirely in 4 days. This happens ALL THE TIME. I finally had the script moved to another pharmacy because this one is just horrible. Avoid this pharmacy but the rest of the store is easily 4 stars.

I have been to this location quite a few times I was helped locate facial hair shaving item and even help located soothing item in case I got cut while shaving. Great customer service and friendly staff throughout the store. I always feel safe going into the store and leaving with confidence with the right item I came looking for.

Please please give your business to Rite Aid. The pharmacist (Bruce) does not wear a mask and, when I asked him why, he said he did when he was less than 6 feet from people. This is a lie. I watched him talk to the employees from less than a foot away. Plus - it’s a small pharmacy and it’s pretty hard to maintain 6 feet! I feel so sorry for his co-workers who put themselves at risk undoubtedly because they need the job. He must feel like a really big man making other people bend to his will. Absolutely shameful for a medical professional.

Awful. First of all, everytime I have been here the last few months people filling prescriptions either aren't wearing masks or they have them on their chins. A chin mask doesn't magically protect anyone, as any medical professional should know. Secondly, I fill my prescriptions here days ahead of time and they are never ready. This time I submitted my refill on a Monday, tried to pick it up on a Thursday and I was told one was out of stock and the other two would take 15min to fill. Seriously? Unprofessional to say the least.Edit: they told me my prescription was out of stock, but they would get it delivered the next day, so come back tomorrow. Waited in line again... And they told me try again Monday. I need a new pharmacy.
