I had a great experience with this auto repair business. The mechanics exhibited extensive knowledge and expertise in solving the problem with my vehicle. They were prompt in completing the repairs and kept me informed throughout the process. The quality of their work was remarkable, and the prices were fair. I will definitely be a returning customer.

Amazing service! Water pump went bad while camping in a nearby state park. They ordered the part before we even got there. Great service! Great value! Hope you don't get stranded, but these folks will take care of you if you do!

Emily at the front desk is always friendly. William is one of the best mechanics and always makes sure he gives me multiple options for my repairs and shares knowledge on my cars immediate needs or just something to think about in the future. I've taken my family's vehicles here for a few years and this is the only place we will go. Highly recommend!

Was driving from NJ to OH when my car started to have issues. I called around to have it looked at and they helped me out right away. They have probably the best waiting room I have ever seen and the best dog to keep you company. We love Trooper and highly recommend! Thanks!

On a trip to Florida my truck decided Shippensburg was where it would have an issue. It's a largish truck and a lot of shops wont work on it. Not to mention, I am out of town, on the road and traveling. This normally means that you are about to get screwed, and without a smile at the end.I spoke to them and was told to bring the truck over and they would make room. Boy did they. Pulled one off the lift and rolled mine right in. Immediately started pulling it apart to find the culprit in the rear end.Now, that was the easy part. :) The rest of the day was spent trying to find the parts. It most definitely was not easy, hundreds of websites and phone calls later on everyone's part and voila. I think the last set of gears in the country that I needed were on their way.As of this writing the truck is still in the shop waiting for parts and consuming very valuable lift space. Not only are they understanding, but they have been the most accommodating business owners I have ever dealt with.They took a really bad experience and made it something positive.If you live in the area, this is where you want to bring your vehicles. There is no question in my mind. Very easy to see their dedication to the business and most of all their customers.Service: General repairs & maintenance
