If it wasn’t for Charlie’s Customs LLC my car would in the junkyard. Someone hit my car and my insurance company basically wanted to deem it a total loss. My car had minimal damage and less than 100,000 miles so I was not ready to say good-bye to it anytime soon! Charlie took the time to talk to my insurance company’s adjusting team, as well as the appraiser to ensure that my car was repaired for an affordable price! It drives perfectly well and you cannot tell it was ever in an accident! Thank you so much, Charlie’s Customs LLC for your awesome repair work and superb customer service!

Charlie is an absolute GEM to work with. He goes above and beyond in everything he does. Repairs are impeccable, fast and he makes everything just so easy. I was looking for an auto body shop that could help install a replacement grille for my car and also install a front and rear spoiler. Most of them in this area wouldn't or couldn't install them but when I called up Charlie he said he could install them easily. This guy does fantastic work and he gave me a very decent price and estimate as to how long it would take. Not only did he finish early but he took the time to wash and wipe my car clean. There are no words to show how much I'm grateful for this guy and the amount of time and energy he took to make sure the job was done correctly. Charlie is the freaking best.

Charlie's Customs fixed my Mercury Mariner and I swear it handles better now than before the accident. The work looks great, and Charlie went WAY beyond my expectations in terms of customer service, keeping me posted all the way through and offering super convenient pick up options. He even saved me money on my deductible! This shop was a little out of the way for me (over an hour away), but I'd go there again and again. Super happy. Thanks Charlie and Red!
