Their Stihl technician is also noted as very helpful. However, reaching the store by phone can be very hard, with calls sometimes rejected or taking hours to get through. They are known for exceptional customer service, even personally delivering items to customers in need.
Cedar Grove farm store is always there, be it chainsaw issues, issues on the farm or special parts that I can't find anywhere else.
