Went there on 2-29-24 just to look at a car and I ended up looking at a kia and it had looked like it had been in an accident and I was going to show the idiot that and he said it was just keyed, well for almost a $15,000 car it should not look like that! That is almost the same price that you can buy a used at a reputable dealership with
better warranty! This guy is a whack job and only worried about money and nothing else! He is a buy here, pay here place that works with sub prime lenders and then he can charge you astronomical interest rates! People should know by now to always go to a dealership first and then a place like this second! He is not worth anyone's time!

Wife ended up getting two cars from them the first had issues with the front end, the second had the wheel literally fall off while driving and totaled the car. Not only that but they charged her twice as much as blue book value. DO NOT GO HERE, IT IS A TRAP.

Don't deal with these people. They "hide" a vehicle and don't allow you access to get your own property. Also sell straight junk. Had one, had to replace the whole transmission before they stole it. Pure crooks. Look elsewhere

Buyer beware. Several thousands of dollars to fix a coolant leak on a kia sportage I bought from them. I couldn't even get an extension to pay for the useless warranty that they sold me that doesn't cover my coolant issues. A couple of sociopaths got together, started selling cars, and don't care after you sign on the dotted line. Don't buy anything here without having it thoroughly checked out first. I learned my 12 thousand dollars mistake. I also reported their so-called inspection mechanic to the state for passing illegal cars. Forgot to mention the back brakes don't even exist, with a new inspection sticker. They seem like nice people until AFTER you sign for your car

Well where to start over priced and use banks that have highest interest rates for no reason but due to those banks being the only ones who will work with this dealership says alot. Lies on paperwork and blames others when problems occur. Bad business practices and AG of PA is investigating due to circumstances of doing bad business. Vehicle I bought was only worth $6000 at most but was sold to me for almost $15000 with financing minus a $5000 trade in with a $1000 down in cash and I still owed $10000 plus financing....the math isn't mathin....but business is being investigated and also for theft by deception. And Brandon "the sellsman" talks fast for a reason. Couldn't fix what he said he would either. Plus vehicle was sold with faulty safety equipment which is illegal. But he still wanted to sell me another vehicle with a 18% interest? Then when I found the same company and others at around 12% for my credit acted like he wasn't trying to help after that....he and the business is a joke and I think alot of his reviews of higher representation are friends and family or a payment situation from what I heard from the AG and better business ppl also....if this is your only option trust me and wait...

Manager was disrespectful and rude. They told me the car had a new transmission which they couldn't provide paperwork for it when I said it shifted hard and hard a knock in the engine

Be vary wary , they have these 4.5-5 star receiws on websites that are seemingly difficult to leave a review on.They'll get yiu approved through a company that will hit you with a ridiculous interest rate forst off .2nd the car I bought broke down twice and after 700 dollars got it back on the road .3rd I decided I didn't want this car and found out by interested parties it isn't worth more then half of what I was charged at car starz ,that's not mentioning the interest through loan compnayI know two other people that bought cars here and the one party had 2 cars break down and ended up having to surrender it to loan comonay ,The car I bought I tried to sell on thier lot for a 750 dollar consignment fee, ya know after they overcharged me already, and it sat there for 2 months ...So if ya wanna get stuck with a car that's not worth what you are paying and onky to have it have expensive issues ...by all means go to car starz in Shippensburg paOh BTW the warranty they have is garbage , and they don't do repairs at car stars or truck mart locationDon't trust em

I can’t say enough about how great the customer service is!! We bought my son a car there, and shortly after we had some major mechanical issues, fortunately were still covered by warranty, however the warranty coverage was very low. Brandon worked very hard with me to get it fixed and make it right! No other dealership would have done that!! I can’t thank them enough for the help they have given my family!!

After speaking with this clown on numerous occasions, he became very combative and pushy. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone if you trying to understand how to further you credit situation and advance your life financially. These people were more focused on just trying to take my money instead of educating me on the process of credit purchasing a vehicle. They really deserve zero stars.

I bought a 2004 chevy S10 it needed a new motor in 3 months and 1300 to pass inspection do not buy these vehicles with out having a mechanic check them. It also needed a new heater coil. Worse place to buy a vehicle.
