I pumped $55 worth of gas. Then went to use the restroom, was disturbing to see a sign on the door. "Restrooms for paying customers only no exceptions. I just traveled trough Ashville NC personally saw the distribution of Hurricane Helline. For people without power and water a place like yours may be their only means of comfort. Your signage shows no respect or comfort to someone in need. Had i saw the sign prior, I wouldn't have made my gas purchase.
Remove the signage and show some care like I saw in NC and TN...
The owner is looking for more information to address my concerns. Haha I tried to say this in a way for your establishment to be MORE FRIENDLY to your community. The owner proved my point

Watch out buying lottery tickets here. Every time I buy tickets with a second chance drawing they are 6 months passed the drawing date. And the employee who smokes in the doorway is obnoxious! You know who you are.

Husband stopped into the Shippensburg 7-Eleven this morning and was appalled by the vulgar language coming from the employees especially with customers around. Employees were shouting to each other from across the store.

You need to realize how much business you have behind your store's location in Shippensburg. Yet we all have to go to Rutter's or Sheetz which is way farther due to the fact of the food handling & you have hot dogs/sausages but no buns! Product outdated and the stuff rings up higher at register. And they don't have any bags to put what you bought in. The dirtiest & unorganized 7/11 I was ever in. The 1 in Milton, PA is truly the best.

Very disappointed. Wanted a sausage for breakfast. But watch employee move food with bare hands didn't even washed them. There was tongues beside her. So didn't buy any. This happened Friday morning at about 7 am 12/9/2022

So this...is cute. My fiance literally had to stand outside waiting until the woman who works there (blue & pink sweatshirt) moved out of the way of the doorway she was smoking her cigarette in. Then more workers came to join the smoking inside/outside of the building. The women in the camo walked even further inside with a burning cigarette. Where is this even located...the twilight zone?!?!? I'm actually totally flabbergasted at how rude/inconsiderate they treated everyone who came in and out while we were parked there. And on the way out gave my fiance the nastiest look and talked some smack as she walked by.. because she said "excuse me" as she tried to leave since as you can see were standing in the doorway yet again!!
