ATM both drive up and outside window not working. There is a fee to use another ATM. Drive all the way there with a 2 year old in the car. Not going to hunt for another bank that is miles away. I have had an account there for over 40 years but I believe it is time to change.

The ATMS never, ever work. Please fix them! It's not just the drive-thru either, now the walk-up ATM is regularly not in service.

Honestly, the lady I opened the checking and savings account with did not provide enough detail about needing $25.00 to open my savings account. So, when we got to the bank, she was incredibly rude. I tried to have my significant other send me $25.00, but when I mentioned that he didn't have it at the moment, she made a nasty comment in front of everyone, saying, "He doesn't have $25?" Her lack of helpfulness in explaining that part properly and her embarrassing comment led me to close my savings account. I wouldn't be going here again.

Please stop trying to restrict peoples money and tell them how to spend/ use it … ridiculous. How nice to feel as if you’re being interrogated when you’re withdrawing money that YOU earned and placed into your PERSONAL account. FUNNY how when you DEPOSIT money then they’re nice as can be.. feels kinda shady ?♀️

I was disappointed that the teller would not serve me to deposit money into our joint account once she saw the debit card was in my spouse' name. She could see my name but needed proof. I did not have an ID on me and hence opted to wait for my husband in the banking hall. I was doing a deposit and not a withdrawal. A few other staff asked if they could help but all I could do was shake my head. I was upset and did not go back to the same teller once my husband came in. We are an interracial couple.

Just opened a savings account last week, and am very pleased I did. I primarily go to the shillington branch because it's closer to where I live but I've had a good experience with all of them in past years as well. I really like this bank, and their customer service is great. The bank manager Ali, and the one banker Janice are very nice ladies! I might just consider eventually switching over to them. ??

HORRIBLE SERVICE! ATM seems to never work , went to cash a decent amount check & the lady asked me a million questions. I’ve been to other Wells Fargo & never been treated like that . I am definitely switching banks.

Very disappointed with this location, drove 30 minutes to cash a check, arrived at 11:58 AM, the car in front of me moves on, then the teller slammed the closed sign on me without as much as one word to offer.. HORRIBLE LOCATION.. RATE 1 STAR FOR TERRIBLE SERVICE BY EMPLOYEES.. I even tried to call ahead but they don't answer their phone here. Obviously they don't care about their clients. Was going to look into an account for my business but I'll definitely go elsewhere.. I'll find a bank where they care about their customers and clients and treat them with respect

The teller at this branch, Julius, is my favorite person to come see! He's always so friendly and professional! I love that he asks me if there is anything else he can help me with before I go. I really appreciate great customer service, this is where you will find it!
