Minimal wait for tech evaluation, fair amount of waiting after that. All staff was very pleasant & welcoming & medical attention appropriate. The vet on duty was calm, kind & competent; I had confidence in her recommendations & explanations.Several tests later it turned out there was no problem and my bill was very reasonable. I was eligible for several discounts they offered as well.”

Switched from Douglassville Animal Hospital about 6 months ago, and the care we’ve received from Dr. Lee so far for our dog and cat has been phenomenal! He is so thorough and knowledgeable, he explains everything really well and has great bedside manner with our pets and with us. Our dog is about 11 years old and recently started having some health issues; after listening to our concerns and running some minimal but necessary tests to get to the root of the problem, we were able to get a plan in place to get our dog back on track and healthy again. He’s now his silly, stubborn self again! Dr. Lee doesn’t just recommend a ton of unnecessary stuff - he tries to provide the best care possible while not breaking the bank. Dr. Jones, Andy and staff are TOTALLY AMAZING❣️ They make you feel like family. They treat your pet as if it was theirs. Everything was handled wonderfully the way they treated all of us from the moment we arrived to the very end of our dogs life. It was so very heart wrenching and devastating to all of us watching our precious dog die in front of us but it was also a wonderful service that we got from Larkin veterinarians. They are so very kind and sweet and they sent us a beautiful flower afterwards with their condolences for our beloved pet who had passed.”
