Intake process was calm and friendly, time until seen was extremely fast -within minutes, the vet was friendly and informative in presenting all our options and the bill wasn’t as high as I expected based on experience elsewhere in the past. They even reported the visit to my primary vet who called to check on her first thing Monday AM.
I highly recommend this emergency vet.”
“I was nervous about the surgery, prior to surgery date the doctor explained everything that needed to be done. He listened to my concerns and put me at ease. The procedure was thorough with no complications. I was able to drop off my cat in the morning and pick him up that same afternoon. The price was high, but it did not exceed past what they had previously estimated. I feel comfortable returning for potential medical surgeries.”

“Our dog had her knee ligament, which was torn, fixed by Dr Lee. The staff are so wonderful and caring towards our "baby". Dr Lee explained the surgery in advance and they give you an estimate of how much the surgery would be in advance.”

I have nothing but wonderful things to say about the care and the kindness and compassion here from vets to front end staff! they really do care about you here and your pet is their pet ♡ and that's something in 2024 you really don't get ....it's more like you're lined up and waiting for your apt like a sheep to slaughter in NJ-we are rushed in and out and no one cares ...but not here ! highly recommended! “Could not recommend this practice more. My cat Binx unfortunately passed away last week due to jaw bone cancer. It was heart breaking and out of no where. But during the 3 weeks and 4 vets we went to trying to get to the bottom of what was causing her pain I feel that Dr. Wagner was the only genuine doctor that saw her. The only one who was spot on with what she was dealing with and didnt try gouging me for money. That talked to me on a human level instead of acting like we were taking up time in their day. When I say I appreciate this practice I do not say it lightly. The whole staff was so sincere, but Dr. Wagner, I owe you more than I could give. Thank you for everything. Binx needed you & you were there on her last few days to relieve her pain with a refill on medicine when no one else would. I couldn't thank you or this practice enough.”
“I just came here to say that this place is so so sweet so compassionate and definitely so caring! Came in for a emergency check up with my 3 kids. my pup had fallen and broke his leg they were so accommodating made sure me and my kids had a chair to sit on made sure my pup was ok and handle him with such care! I got to say they were amazing! ? turned out though my puppy had two bone fractures and have to get him asap to the orthopedic they recommend some and started handling him right away now due to finances I had to call around to see with orthopedic would of been cheaper for me but I am so thankful for everything they have done ❤️”

“I want to take a few minutes to explain how wonderful they have been at this Veterinary Hospital. My dog is 10 years old, she’s a Yorkshire and I have another 6 month old little poppy. Throughout this time, the doctors, especially Dr. A. Kline, have always been professional, kind, friendly, and humane. I love this place for my pets, it is the best!!
The truth is that they have always received us ASAP - if possible, on the same day - even if the doctor and all the Staff leaves very late "after the usual time", they make an appointment and receive us. ?? The office staff is courteous and very patient. The place is very clean and every time I wait to be received, I see everyone cleaning some space of the Hospital, “all the time”, it smells clean. I congratulate the owner of this Hospital and I hope that all the staff receive the same quality of work with a wonderful and humane attitude. I also want to add that each time the doctors look first for the health of the animal and not for the cost and price to make money in the business. (Diagnostic Evaluation cost $89) For x-rays $200 approximately, and the cost of the surgeries varies. People who have pets know that veterinarians are very expensive and the attention and quality of your pet is "terrible". In this place, in each of my visits, they will first provide the best way for our pets to be healthy. I feel grateful to have them. And I bless each and every one of the workers of this place. I congratulate you and thank you ??????Please continue in the same way.”

“A very sad day for us since our 17 year old Tortie cat was euthanized due to many health issues. Everyone we came in contact with was very professional and respectful. The receptionists were so calm, empathetic and caring. The doctor was very helpful to us with our very difficult decison. We were very grateful to this facility for taking such good care of our sweet girl.”
