The pizza came out awful. Flat. No sauce, just cheese and bread. The order wasn't even right. If your order goes through KONINGCO (name on receipt) expect a horrible meal. Will most likely never go back. Used to love this place. Shameful.

Order not delivered after 65minsOn hold 15 mins than another 3 to be told need to wait another 15-20 for order to be delivered.Asked for GM name, nope that's private infoAsked for franchise it was, you guessed, that's private information tooTold had to wait 3days for a refund because no one there knew how to do it. Service was nonexistent. My husband had to ask them if the pizza that came out of the oven was ours. The main cashier was having a personal conversation with someone in the pick up area & didn’t even acknowledge my husband. And the pizza had the wrong toppings! We’ve always loved Pizza Hut Pan pizza, but we will never order from this location in Shillington, PA again!

Food is always done to perfection. I have never gotten burnt or dried out pizza from this pizza hut. Employees are always cheerful and doing their best!

Stay away, there are plenty of great mom and pop pizza places around and it is not necessary to look after your food before you leave. I just got off the phone with the manager and was told I need to look at the food before I leave with it. This place consistently cooks it overdone and dry, it's always like this at this location. Other Pizza Huts are so good. Every couple months I foolishly give them another try. So disappointing. Classic example of "buyer beware."

I guarantee you the majority of negativity brought on by very few customers is rare and a result of entitled individuals detached from reality. This store works really hard to create a welcoming and friendly experience as well as provide quality deliciousness Pizza Hut has stood the test of time for over the years above it's competitors. The call center has issues but that's not under the stores control. They will do their best to make everything right for you, and even their delivery drivers are a million times better than subcontracted doordashers that might decide to eat your food or who knows. Bottom line is simple, Nobody out Pizzas the Hut! ✌️

I've been ordering takeout and delivery over 20 years from this Pizza Hut. Today I will have to say was the worst experience I ever had at this store or from any food place...... We have a non-verbal autism child and there was another family with a special needs child too there the same time as us. An employee from the back came out and just start yelling at the children as if they were normal children to begin with and had no idea what was going on Anyway!! There was a employee already out there at the counter and there was nothing going on that was wrong. The boy was just looking around the corner of the counter to see if that's where the food was that his parents order for him. Nothing dramatic ... no employee should be yelling at kids to begin with but to be yelling at a special needs child on top of it makes the matter 100 times worse. I've been doing business with this store for over 20 years and never once my family or me were ever disrespectful or disrespected towards from the store till today. This employee stepped out a line and had no right to be yelling, especially with the parents right next to the children. I mean nothing was going on for this employee to be stepping out Line with a special needs child and something needs to be done due to this matter occurred. This store has lost my business permanently because I cannot support a business that treats special needs children and that matter let alone normal children or any disabled person in that matter..........I called to cancel the order due to this incident.....the store called me back and gave me an attitude because me canceling the order.
