Extremely positive experience, would give more than 5 stars if I could. On Thanksgiving Day, my son has been coughing nonstop. We have a nebulizer that would help, but we were missing a piece for it. My wife desperately called around to see if any medical supply stores might be open. All were closed as expected, and my wife left voicemails. Manny got back to my wife with a phone call and said he could be in the store tonight (on Thanksgiving Day!) to help us out. I walked in the store and he had the nebulizer piece for us ready to go. We are new to the area, and Manny gave us the nebulizer piece as a welcoming gift. Can’t express how grateful we are to have come across this business. Will not forget this incredible act of kindness!!!Chris S.

Super friendly and helpful. Genuinely kind people. After receiving terrible service at another medical supply shop I called this shop and was treated with respect and helped immediately. I would give a million stars if I could.

I believe this 1 example says it all. I had gotten a CPAP machine from Manny Esh. I accidently got a hose that did not heat and was immediately sent a hose out that did. It was about 10:30 and I was going to bed and could not get the new hose to connect. I emailed the DME so they would see it in the morning. A few minutes later Manny calls me to explain how to use it. Wow. Talk about customer service.

I am so pleased with Manny Esh's support team for my diabetic supplies. I was originally directed to several other out-of-state providers by my insurer, only to be informed that they did not support my insurance. I actually then selected Manny Esh randomly from a new list and was pleased to discover that they are local to the Reading, PA area. Always want to do business locally, or at least in my own state. They are highly responsive to every request and I could not be more pleased. I will be considering them for my CPAP needs as well if my insurer supports them.

Excellent care! I originally wanted to go somewhere closer to home for my cpap equipment, but the places I called had trouble verifying my insurance, referred me to a place that was CLOSED, and didn't get back to me for over a week!! I called Manny Esh and got an appointment THAT AFTERNOON. Insurance was verified and equipment was ready for me when I arrived. He took time to find a comfortable mask for me and was very professional and helpful. I highly recommend to anyone in need of medical equipment.

Look no where else, Manny's the best. I had worked with another local supplier who was recommended by the doctor who diid my sleep study who was also a terrible and they overcharged way and above what Medicare covers..horrible. Manny accepted the Medicare payment and offered to fix my C-Pap if needed while offering me a loaner. Can't beat that type of service.
