I can't recommend JB's enough for both sales and service. A few months back we had to buy our son a new bike for this upcoming mountain bike season. Went to visit the shop and the guys listened to his needs and found him the perfect bike. We also got a fair trade on his old bike. Today I took my oldest son's front wheel in to the shop and fully expected to have to buy a new tire because the tire was out of whack. Justin looked at it and to be honest, he didn't need a new tire yet and was able to get it re-seated. He said I know I just talked myself out of a sale, but I wanted to be honest and do the right thing. He also became a partner/sponsor of the Governor Mifflin Mountain Bike Team and with his support, has allowed the team to be able to get kids out on bikes. Whether you need a new bike or repairs/service, go see Justin and the rest of the crew at JB's!

First ever visit to the shop and was welcomed even though it was closing time. Staff was very friendly and store was well stocked. I will definitely be returning

The shop owner is a very kind man. He fixed my two kids bike free of charge ? I recommend him for anyone who wants to buy a bike, accessories, and repair.

Thank you JB’s!!! JB’s has been my husband and son’s go to for bike purchases and service over the past 5 years. Now it was my turn to upgrade and I am very happy with my experience! At first, I was overwhelmed by the wide range of options available, from gravel, hardtail to full suspension, different materials and tires. The staff was very knowledgeable and helped me narrow down the choices to a few bikes that best suited my riding style and budget. I recently did a women’s weekend mountain bike clinic and I love my new bike!!!

I discovered a leak in my bike tire as I was warming up for a group ride. After I put the bike back in my vehicle, I began looking for open bike repair shops nearby. It was early evening and, even though I thought the chances were slim, I was hoping to find an open shop that had the capacity to replace my tire and do so in an amount of time which would allow me to get a decent ride before sunset.
I found myself at JB’s Bike Shop where a kind, professional and efficient gentleman listened to my dilemma and replaced the tire. I was even able to fit a ride in like I had hoped! The service I received was top notch, and I would not hesitate to get my bike serviced here again.

Owner was very rude and unwelcoming. It felt like he didnt want me there as soon as I walked in. I regret I even went here from 30 mi away. Waste of time and money. He was disrespectful multiple times. I only went there in the first place because his assistent I had spoken to days before was very kind.
I went there for 2 brakes to be installed. I gave him all the parts, including a whole bag of screws, bolts, etc and said I'm pretty sure everything is in there. He said something to the extent of, you need to be absolutely sure everything is in there, or we can't help you. They are a bike shop! and I just gave him everything straight from the manufacturer they sent me. I only opened the bag to see what was in it and resealed it. Nothing more. If a part or two was missing, how would I even necessarily know? Thats something the shop would have to notice and figure out, with my help. I am just the customer and I'm paying for a service! I am not the expert.
I also had a problem with either the motor or battery that same day that just suddenly came up, and he rudely snapped at me, we dont touch anything with the ebike. His rude style of speaking made me nervous in dealing with him.
He called me later that day and spoke down to me in a very mean and nasty way. He asked me a bunch of questions about what needs to be done. When I started to explain things, he suddenly rudely barked at me, that he knew everything so he didnt want an explanation. You asked the questions, fool! He also whined about a non-issue, of me having removed the brake lever aftervspeaking with his assistent. If you are intalling it anyway, it's a question of 5 extra minutes and not being lazy. He told me to start the call that he was the owner, and yet when I asked something about that later, he was rude again, saying whether or not he is the owner doesnt matter. What a clown.
I later called back and gave him a piece of my mind. I told him he should either refuse me service, or treat me well, because otherwise he shouldnt be working in customer service. I told him to be professional, even if that was hard. He did apologize, but he later went back to being himself. You cant teach an old dog new tricks.
He ended up installing only 1 of the 2 brakes that I asked for. Never communicated this to me before I arrived at the shop to pick up. Refused to round down $2 forcing me to make a split payment. But hey if the $2 is that important to you, keep it, it's the last you will get from me. Never again.
