“I live 1/2 mile from a big box hardware store. You know, the kind of place where you better already know what you want and where it's located because you'll be hard pressed to find someone who actually knows what you want.Sometimes I'm just looking for a roll of tape or a nut and bolt and I really don't want to go on a hike to get it.9 times out of 10 I will drive the extra few miles to come to this place. Every time I walk in I'm greeted by someone who actually knows where the part is that I'm looking for! They even call another associate to meet me in the aisle!Now, I realize this is the optimal situation and it doesn't always go down that way, especially on a busy spring weekend. But with a little patience, someone will eventually provide assistance.Usually I can drive over there, get what I want, and get back home in roughly the same amount of time it takes me at the big box store.”

“The concrete is tooo..ooo far away from the front, and the bags are all scattered around, I mean like the store is losing money IMO, the employees are nice people, work together, I wish they had more leather goods in the tool pouch section nylon is good but doesn't last..once it unwinds one tiny hair it goes... you can burn the ends but butane is very expensive, bc you need to use a small torch. It has good parking ...”

“Today the store was empty. We were purchasing 1 ton of wood Pellets. The price was excellent. It took multiple attempts to find a pallet not losing Pellets. Once one was found. It was loaded onto our truck. We departed for home. We will be back next year for more Pellets. Staff was very friendly and courteous. In addition to being professional. Highly recommend this establishment.”

“We replaced a house full of shabby crystal knobs with baldwin crystal knobs. The baldwin knobs are great - they feel solid, look beautiful, and work (unlock the generic ones we had).We ended up having a small issue with one of the knobs and had a fantastic experience. The phone picked on within 3 rings. I talked with a person. I described the issue and they immediately replaced the knob/lock.Great customer service is a rare commodity nowadays and I wanted to share that Baldwin Brass Center provided both a great product and great service.”

“Well organized and clean hardware superstore. All of the items and departments that you would normally expect are here. The parking lot has a curbside online order pickup area with several parking spots allocated to that. Handicap accessible parking spots. Contractor loading and specific parking areas as well as dedicated entrance exit for contractors. There are a set of lockers for online order pick up, as well. Double door entry with motion sensors. Very helpful for anyone in a wheelchair that needs access. Many functioning self checkout registers were available. Friendly and helpful staff. If you know what you need ahead of time, you can look up the items on their website or with their dedicated app. This can help you know exactly where to look for your specific items”
