It's an alright location - standard for a Goodwill, sometimes there are great deals but the service is sub-par.

For a company that claims to care so much about disabled people it's crazy inaccessible. Don't bother coming here if you use a wheelchair. You won't be able to get down the aisles.

Great selection in all categories of consignment. Well-staffed at the registers and on the sales floor keeping things organized. Very organized and the staff were all very nice.

This Goodwill does not abide by store policy. I came here to shop ( 6/1 ) and I saw a chair I was very much interested in but to my disappointment it was sold. Noticed the date on the receipt and it was marked ( 5/31 ). I was told my a store employee that a manager told her that if it’s more than 24 hrs they would re sell it due to policy. It’s 6/2 and I ask if I can purchase the chair and I was told no. Very frustrating experience as I spoke to 2 different managers and supervisors who all said contradictory explanations and procedures.

I traveled from Maryland to come to this store after watching Lavender Clotheslines YouTube videos! Our Goodwills don’t have color tag sales or 2$ Tuesdays & she finds such great items at your store! I wasn’t disappointed! I found a lot of great items at great prices & was pleasantly surprised at how nice the staff & customers were! A big bonus was actually meeting Karen there while she was making a video. She was so pleasant & friendly! I love how respectful she is of other shoppers & avoids filming them & including them in her videos! I left with an overflowing cart of treasures & will return!

This store like many other GW stores have raised their prices from 25-100%? I don't get it? They didn't spend any $money$ ,on the items that were donated. The store is dirty and disorganized. They don't keep up the restrooms clean.

Isaiah and Eddy were so helpful when we were loading a large shelf into our car. We were struggling with making it fit in the trunk, and they had so much patience!

I want to shop in peace. An older couple runs to every new rack and records videos the whole time. Another shopper told me she goes by LavenderClothesLine. Please stop allowing resellers to run this place. They stand by the door, scrap through racks before they reach the shelf. It’s greedy, and it’s selfish. Also, not everyone shopping here wants to be on camera. Have some respect and save a little for those who need it. This area is poor, you know? Disgusting.

This was the first time at this Goodwill and it was not a good experience. We went on a Sunday afternoon. Probably a third of the items I looked at had no price tag. I didn't even bother asking for a price because I know Goodwill's policy is that they won't price things that have no tag. The bathrooms were disgusting (I went next door to the grocery store); my husband said the men's room smelled so bad he almost threw up. And there were several very rude customers. We did purchase a few things, including a lamp. When we got home and took the price tag off the lamp we found out that the sticker was covering a hole about the size of a quarter. I would not recommend this store at all.

This used to be an amazing Goodwill, but what's the point of a "thrift store" now that they jacked up the prices and take it upon themselves to decide which items are too nice for poor people to be able to afford? Everything in stock is literally donated to the store, so there is no reason why a decent coat should be priced at $30... I've even seen coats there priced as high as $60. Someone donated these items thinking they're helping people who may not have a lot of money buy something nice for themselves, not so Goodwill could make a nice profit off their donation. Nothing in the store should be more than $15 in my opinion. $20 at the absolute max, but even that is pushing it, as again, these items are DONATED. At the same time as prices have soared, quality has gone downhill at this location; lots of stains and rips on low-quality, overpriced clothing, and general neglect of the store. One of the dressing room stalls doesn't lock properly and I've been walked in on multiple times while changing. All things considered, I'm done with Goodwill and will find a more affordable thrift store in the area to shop at when I need clothes. I certainly won't be donating my used clothes to goodwill anymore, I would rather my donation go to people in need at an affordable price, not to a greedy organization that pats itself on the back for "changing lives" and basically poses as a charity. Only reason I gave 2 stars instead of 1 is cuz I really used to love this place, and to be fair, there is a huge selection at this store to look through. But it's not worth it anymore when a small bag ofthin clothing ends up costing over $40, and you then notice a stain on your $10 jeans which should have been priced at $5 or less. There are literally items in this store that have the original price tag which is CHEAPER than the goodwill tag! Insane. Think of how much clothing just ends up in a landfill eventually anyway when it doesn't end up selling. There is so much clothing being donated to these stores day in and day out. Just price it cheap, I promise you people will still spend as much as they would have anyway, they'll just be able to buy more items with their money.

I THINK THEY FORGOT THAT THEY ARE THERE TO HELP. Maybe if there top people made less remember they are a thrift store and make there prices affordable and remember there a thrift we would go there more and give it 5 stars. Just look at what there ceo and top people make. I bet there workers dont make a lot n work hard and looks like they get 13.50 hour. LOWER ur prices, treat ur staff better remember ur a thrift that poor people need and upper management try living off 13.50. Go to smaller local thrifts to help them out.

I really hate to write this as I never ever write bad reviews, but felt this one was necessary. I was just in this Goodwill and saw a few ROACHES on the clothing ?. Customers please be careful what you are bringing into your home. I can only imagine what this place looks like at night ?.

This places priorities are absolutely backwards. Go and try and get something off a cart that is out on the floor, UNATTENDED OR NOT, and you'll have staff swarm you 'YOU CAN'T TAKE OFF THE SHELF, UNTIL ITS ON THE ACTUAL SHELVES'. Why does this matter? What makes any difference if something is on a wheeled shelf, or a hard shelf. The items are tagged, ready to be sold, and are being put out, why does it matter. Leave a huge line of people at the registers with 1 cashier, but have enough employees to make sure customers aren't buying stuff.. off the wrong shelf.. whatever that means. This place has gone downhill in the last 3-4 years that's for sure. This for sure is an isolated issue with this store, as NO OTHER KEYSTONE AREA STORES embrace such a ridiculous rule.
