This place is fantastic. Amy is the lady we’ve talked to for our repairs and she is knowledgeable, thorough, and friendly. We’ve had to had a couple things done to my wife’s ring and they’ve been great quality jobs done. I’d recommend anyone in the area who needs and jeweler to check them out. Pricing is also very reasonable. We’ve been elsewhere and had bad experiences.

Took my son to look about a ring for his girlfriend. He was so excited and nervous big step in the next chapter of his life. He gave a price rang and the woman behind the counter laughed at him. I felt so terrible for him, she humiliated and belittle what he could afford. She said he would only be able to get a lab stone and see if they have a mount laying around. He looked so upset and embarrassed my heart hurt for him. He just got out of bootcamp and was looking and working with what he has. It really makes me angry since my husband and I have been customer for years and my family since they where on S Wyomissing Ave. I will never shop in this store again or send anyone else. They should post a sign only rich people can shop here. Since it seems they only want those clients.

Brought my bracelet to get fixed. They had it fixed and cleaned in less than a week. It looked better than brand new! Very reasonably priced as well. Will be going back in the future!

Went here for a chain repair. Lady was very nice and helpful. Got fixed in a very timely matter. Fairly priced. Would go back for any jewelry work I need done in future.

I have done business with Gipprich on several occasions now. They are always helpful and great to deal with. I got my wife’s engagement ring, her wedding ring, my wedding ring and a pearl necklace from them and they ALWAYS come through for me. I prefer doing business local and they’ve won over my business for a lifetime. All the resizing of the rings was done quickly. I wrote this review on my own, nobody requested i do so. 10/10 Recommend.

Absolute worst jeweler in berks county. Over two months later and they still can’t finish my rings and even lost a diamond. They missed out wedding deadline and we were married without them and i still have yet to see them. The do not return phone calls and definitely do not live up to their standards. Do not waste your time here!

Gipprich was recommended to me by a friend and I’m so glad I heard about them. Bought a custom engagement ring from them and it turned out amazing. I was amazed with all of the choices. Super helpful and knowledgeable people. Even coming back to get the ring resized was painless. Done in the same day. Highly recommend!!
