This store is so dirty even the door handle is black. The store never has helium for the balloons. Its really dark inside they dont acknowledge their customers and they have rude customer service. They never are fully stocked with merchandise.

No manager supposed to come to employees home just cuz the dnt answer the phone my phone was disconnected I was using Wi-Fi from Lowe’s cuz is the only way I can text on my iPhone . How ppl agree? I left so many job n I never saw my manager come to my home to talk about my job or the job. Crazy but is the true speak the truth say u came to my home when u not supposed to do that. How many of ya agree put ? if ya all agree

Management at the family dollar in Shillington PA. Doesn't know how to be a manager. The corporate office needs to fire the manager at Family Dollar in Shillington PA. That manager is abusing his power and forcing his employees to come to work on there day off. They need to replace him. Also no manager supposed to come to your home and argue with your child why you are at work and that is what the manager did from the Family Dollar at Shillington PA.

I was in here and I touched something and then put it back and then I paid $11 for nothing the store owner is rude asf and needs to have some manners because I just touched something and put it back none used and he made me pay

Store was closed for a lunch break? Since when did this policy start?. Many customers were turned away because store was closed. This is bad for business. Sometimes this is the only time a customer has an opportunity to shop. This policy should be changed.

What I like about family dollar is the same thing I like about The dollar general stores. And that is, that they are strategically placed in locations that are in between Walmarts. So if a person has a necessity that they need from a discount shopping store, and Walmart just seems a little too out of reach with your busy day and traffic, There is always a family dollar or dollar general within 2 miles to 1 mile. Strategy. The plus with that, is, that they have great products and great prices like Walmart, in reference to food items. Anything else such as housewares electronics aren't as low priced as Walmart. There are things I get exclusively at family Dollar, that I will post in the picture section. I love their trademark chili without beans, it eats more like a thick soup with ground beef...I also go here for cat treats. I used to go here for birdseed because a nice size bag went for $3.49, Now I see since the pandemic that price has raised to $5.49. And just a heads up, all dollar trees are now no longer $.99. All dollar trees are now dollar $1.25...And just for the record I believe dollar general stores bought out dollar tree stores and that's why dollar tree stores have raise their price from $.99 to $1.25. They have wonderful deals on their family pack of toilet paper, tissues, paper products, laundry items and cleaning items...lower prices that are lower than any of the grocery stores around.

I literally came exactly at 9pm today and these two ladies locked the doors already and were counting the money. I knocked on the doors since they close at 10pm. They just looked at me for a sec and started counting the money smh terrible
