The deals at this store are amazing. I've furnished entire rooms just from furniture I got from BK's and it didn't break the bank.

Adult magazines at child level. Not ok. Def won't go back. Also, very overpriced for the used furniture.

Basicaly a closed down k mart filled with overstocked low grade furniture and estate sale leftovers. They post on marketplace and never remove sold items. The prices were not even close to acceptable for the quality of goods. Would bet this place will not be around for long.

The place falsely advertises. This place puts items on Marketplace and say they are still available just to get you to go to the store, but when you get there the item is not there ( and hasn't been for a long time). Everything else in the store is overpriced. Save your time.

Good people. Helpful, willing to go the extra mile to help you locate an item or load a purchase in your vehicle. Genuinely solid humans. Only knock is the pricing on some of the second hand furniture is a bit steep and makes them ostensibly useless as a DIY project. Which is too bad because some great pieces come through there.

Filthy. Went there hoping to find something nice for my mom's office/bedroom. We were severely disappointed that the best items are the ones they leave outside. The staff doesn't bother cleaning the furniture let alone the store itself. And, you go from two extremes: fair prices for used furniture in desperate need of cleaning to brand new furniture by the Ashley group that is ridiculously overpriced. Talking hundreds to thousands of dollars for the most basic and often cheaply made furniture including tiny items like side tables or lamps.In fact, one of the main things we were hoping to find is a basic white dresser and we were surprisingly successful. The surprise was in its condition: it was distressed, chipped, scratched, and fairly small. The asking price was $450 when we had come in seeing better ones to compare at other stores/FB Marketplace for $150 to $350 that were easily twice the size. This will be the case for many visitors I suspect. Unless you come with something specific in mind from their FB Marketplace page - which will sit outside, uncleaned and unprotected in all weather conditions - you are asking to find an occasional diamond in dirty, dirty rough.Honestly, I also would put some of their wares straight into the garbage.. there were mattresses so indented that it looked like two people-sized boulders laid on them, random trinkets and beat up boxes, etc. I very seldom review things, but looking at this store there is no way any of this was temporary issues or the like. Based on FB Marketplace which my mom is obsessed with, we were excited to go forever! But this was a huge disappointment and I cannot stay impartial/skeptic in evaluating it as such. I 'hate to be a hater', but BK is the worst furniture store either of us have been to in our combined 80ish years. Be cautious with anything you see online and give it careful distance like we were back in COVID times!

I enjoy their quips on Facebook when they're showing off their new hauls. Finally went shopping there with my mom a few weeks ago for the first time. Really interesting pieces, new and old. I didn't feel anything was overpriced. I even found my son a vintage typewriter for 25 bucks that he had been asking for. A similar store tried to sell one for 50 and I'm glad I held off. I found ribbon for cheap and he's all set. Made for a great bday gift. My mom loved all the vintage signs on the wall to the far right. The woman that helped ring up my purchase was kind and helpful. I know where I'll be going anytime I need to purchase furniture from here on out too.

Recently had surgery and wanted to see if they still carried firewood (because I've purchased wood from here in the past) and if it could be delivered...but My God, I have literally been calling them for days. 1st time was on 1.29.2023 a girl picked up but then tried to put me on hold before I could speak and ended up dropping the call. I called back repeatedly but she just kept picking up the phone but saying nothing ( I suppose she was trying to watch the Eagles game) Today, someone is just speaking up the phone with mute on and not saying anything again so I guess I'll have to take my business elsewhere. Disappointing
