“I can't recommend JB's enough for both sales and service. A few months back we had to buy our son a new bike for this upcoming mountain bike season. Went to visit the shop and the guys listened to his needs and found him the perfect bike. We also got a fair trade on his old bike. Today I took my oldest son's front wheel in to the shop and fully expected to have to buy a new tire because the tire was out of whack. Justin looked at it and to be honest, he didn't need a new tire yet and was able to get it re-seated. He said I know I just talked myself out of a sale, but I wanted to be honest and do the right thing.
