I wish I could give them higher than 5 stars. I came to Masano from another Ford dealership for a second opinion. I explained the issues I was having and they told me that it was my battery. Exactly as I thought and the other dealership (who installed the year old battery) denied was the problem (even though there was acid on the top of it - they claimed it was condensation). The old dealership gave me the run around on my receipt from the purchase. Rhett, from Masano, was amazing. He worked with me to get the replacement battery under warranty without the receipt. They did finally send me the receipt but it was about an hour after Rhett got me that new battery, of no charge to me. The other dealership gave me the run around on my brakes too (back in March) and were going to charge me $800 for just my back brakes. Thank goodness I declined because I got my front and backs done at Masano for $900. Plus, a free inspection! I am speechless on their quality/quickness of work completed, professionalism, pricing, and kindness. Great job Masano team, you have one happy and new customer!”
