Got off work on my way home. Stopped here to get my booster vaccine. When I came in I asked the pharmacist to get the vaccine and was immediately asked if I'm a walk in. I thought I said yes. My wife and kids came in yesterday and was a walk-in and got it. He told me that and I quote we don't have time for walk-ins.The customer service here is very lacking. I will not return

Given wrong medication, wrong amount of medication. pharmacy hours are inconsistent. get notification meds are ready fir pick up and pharmacy us closed. on going horrible problem with this pharmacy.

Riteaid Corp. is so incredibly Greedy and use the very cheapest Genetic Pharma Co's that exist.. Had a prescription filled and when I checked IT OUT..As the pills were white and supposed to be light green. Did a little research before I took any.Turns out there are are 8 different Companies manufacturing this drug in 8 different Countries... And good old Greedy Riteaid picked Camber Pharmaceuticals in of all places India! Also turns out Camber Pharm has only been in business something like 3 years. Have already had recalls on one drug they manufacturer and seem to be undercutting the others. Was reluctant, but took one pill anyhow as directed ...Instantly became crazy sick! Still wasn't sure it was because of the med? So next day I didn't take anything else but another pill as directed.. Again, after an hour same thing , very sick! Can't prove it yet, but after I get them analyzed at a certified lab I'll know for sure.. I strongly suggest Researching any and all medication form RiteAid !!!

They almost never have prescriptions ready for us. Consistent errors for multiple members of our family all with different doctors and different coverages.

I stopped here earlier today and was the only Customer in the store, so I asked the Pharmacist where Super Bata Prostate [which the store DEFINITELY has] where it was located. He responded "I don't work at this store very often, so I don't know. You can just purchase it online". I know for a fact that all he had to do was enter the name into the store computer and it would have told him exactly where it was located, but I guess it was just easier to tell me he doesn't know where it's located and I should just order it online..... Just like most people now a days, very lazy and if it requires any effort at all to help a Customer they are simply not going to do it as they are more focused on getting back to doing nothing then punching out at the end of their shift!!!! I mean after all, he only makes around $100,000 per year for putting pills into bottles. Who do I think I am asking where something is located in order to avoid having to spend half an hour finding it myself???? I suppose laziness is also why he has lived here in the USA for 20 years, but still can only just barely speak English....

Typical drug store. We were in town visiting relatives and needed a prescription filled so we went here. Didn't take long to get the prescription and payment was easy.

It's a small store, so they don't carry a full assortment, but they are nice. The store is clean. The pharmacists are very nice.
