  Solid garage for both sales and service. I bought a 2013 Impreza and the buying process was hassle free and I got a great deal. I also have another higher mileage 2002 Forester that Middle Ridge Motors has repairing and maintaining for 5+ years. Not only is the service a good value and timely, they also explain the problem and give solid advice. Feels kind of like family at this point. Word of advice: they are so popular and busy that you need to schedule your repairs a bit in advance. They are totally worth the wait.

  I got my car here in December at a great deal! No issues with a really nice interior. And the customer service was great; they're really sweet people. And they definitely know their Subaru's! I even get my oil changed and regular maintenance done on it here too. Definitely recommend.

  I purchased my first Subaru from Middle Ridge a month ago. Was the most enjoyable car buying experience I've ever had. Bought the car at a great price, and both the husband & wife that run the place are extremely pleasant & wonderful to do business with. I recently had a concern with the car, they checked it out & resolved the issue quickly. I definitely recommend them, and will continue to have my car serviced at their shop.

  I've purchased 2 cars from them, they always service it well, they always give me great advice when I ask to do some of my own maintenance, sweet local people, always gave me extremely fair prices and have lived up to their word when taking care of me. I recommend them all the time especially for anything Subaru related, Kirk is extremely knowledgeable when it comes to Subarus and the lady in the office is always incredibly welcoming, my kids will be getting their first cars here.

  This is a wonderful Subaru dealership, saved me thousands!!!!!! The atmosphere is so nice & friendly, the owners know Subarus like the back of they're hand. Went to Faulkner Subaru looking for a nice Forester, well long story short the same exact vehicle Middle Ridge Motors had for $6000 less. I'm so pleased with they're prices & services.

  Purchased a Subaru from them recently, they advised that the vehicle overheated in the past, but it was corrected. A few days after purchase, it was overheating. So far, had to replace head gaskets, as they were not installed correctly when purchased, thermostat, and radiator. Engine is not good, have over $1500 in repairs within a few weeks. My mechanic found that a ceramic compound was put in the engine to try to stop a leak, but that has partially clogged the heater core. Engine needs replaced and they do not want to help. I understand that a car is purchased “as-is”, but that is based upon trust and integrity that a dealer is not hiding anything. This car has obviously been leaking, as it has a ceramic compound sprayed in the engine and is not adhering which is causing clogged heater core and radiators. I was never told about the ceramic that was put in the engine, as we would have never purchased. I would have went to them sooner about the issue, but did not want to make a big deal about a small issue such as an radiator or thermostat. As our mechanic took apart the recently installed head gasket, we can see that it was leaking and the bolts were not installed correctly.
