Most of the staff is very polite. There is a few who need to be retrained in customer service. Instead of rushing a customer maybe you could assist them in finding items versus standing at a door for 15 minutes prior to closing.

I requested cash back in change at the end of my transaction. The cashier didn't haven't it in her drawer and requested it from another associate who wears glasses. The associate walked up to me and asked if I was the customer who requested it , which I stated yes then she requested $10 whereas I had a receipt showing the proof of my transaction. She asked the cashier who confirmed the transaction as well. Instead of handing it to me, the cashier in glasses rudely placed it in the counter never speaking to me ,even the cashier who is always polite stated it should have been handed to me. It seems that everytine I come in the store she rushes through my transaction or ignore after I ask her to do something specifically. I have no problem waiting when she does things for other customers so I'd like to be treated the same and not rushed . Contact me so we can discuss this further

Fast, friendly service -- got both flu+Covid vaccines... very little waiting time... plus I made a store merchandise purchase and checkout was fast & friendly.... just moved into PA from CT and service at Rite-Aid is much nicer than CVS/Walgreen back in CT.

The cashier ladies are very informative and helpful every time I enter the store. The Phamacy folks r kind also. PJ is a good manager.

I shop here a few times a week. The store is nice, but Shenandoah is like a 3rd world country.

They have an extremely rude manager they’re out of stock of 90% of everything and Half the time none of their employees are wearing masks they never sanitize the keypad

Most of the staff doesn't wear their masks properly or at all. They talk about their personal lives VS working professionally. Some of the staff have attitude and give attitude. The manager doesn't correct the issues nor does he wear his mask properly...leading by example of how much Rite Aid employees don't care and act VERY unprofessional!

The pharmacy in the Shenandoah store is fabulous. very professional and your meds are ready within 20 minutes. Not like the one in Mahanoy City. There they have 4 people working behind the counter and you have to wait 3 hours before you get your meds. why is this?

WOW. Went to pick up prescription and dont even think about using the drive thru, then I was told 30 min so I waited an hour came back and ttold my wait would be 30 min. Then the lady behind the counter gave me a look and said well you know it's going to be $50 do you know that. (As if I couldn't afford it) I told her it was not a problem as I get them every month and pay it with no problem. Rude and so slow.
