Zero stars. Buyer beware, I Had to chase MALAK owner for a "Paid in full" receipt AFTER I paid in full for a police impound tow. Ever Since corrupt David Lupas became District Attorney in 2000, tow companies in Luzerne county rip off the public, especially if its impounded vehicles. It took years to shut down "L.A.G. towing" because of sweetheart deals owner made with cops.Service: Car towing

I have junked 3 cars in the last year and only called Malak's to do it. They give you the best price and they are quick and easy to deal with. I never had an issue and I will only refer them compared to anyone else.

Unreal! Very rude on phone. Tow cost so much money. Noone told us how much would be. If you can't pay they keep tacking on money. Worse people in the world. More of a low life then a lawyer. Do not use them. Told me if my husband knew how to drive then we wouldn't be in this situation. That maybe he shouldn't have passed out. Sick. Didn't tell us how much it would be at the scene waited till car Was at the house then told us the bill. And if we couldn't pay they keep. Taking advantage of hard working Americans.

I recently purchased a spindle for a 2000 Dodge Durango, which I paid $40.00 to have pulled. I told them what year it had to be from and the sub model. They gave me the wrong year part, which will NOT FIT a 2000 Durango. The they told me they would not exchange it or give a refund. It spent $80.00 for the part and to have them pull it. They lied when they said it came off a 2000 year. This is a extremely hard part to find due to it being discontinued by Chrysler and all aftermarket manufacturers. They asked me " what's the big deal about it." For anybody in need of this part, the big deal is it can only be bought used and is very rare due to demand. The caliper bracket is apart of the spindle and has a major flaw of the threads easily becoming damaged, with no repairs available. Don't try heli coils, not enough material to do so. This part can ruin the entire vehicle, and scumbags like Malak's don't care about further screwing you! Don't buy from them, they'll just steal YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY! Pure scums...
