I took my daughters SUV to Kost Tire in Dallas and the experience couldn’t have been better. The manager Mark was extremely courteous and professional, and they did a great job and were fair and honest. Will definitely go there again for new tires.

I was two hours into an eight-hour trip and the tire light went on--this despite having the car inspected the day before. I stopped at Kost Tire and got the BEST service possible. The man who helped me was kind, professional, and intelligent. What a great experience!

I had such a great experience with Kost Shavertown! When I called for an appointment, they got me in right away. The best part is that they were extremely PUNCTUAL! They took my car right back! Mark, Sam, and Mike took excellent care of my car and were extremely pleasant and kind to deal with. I can't say enough good things about them!

Mark, the sales man was so very helpful! My tire popped on my way to work at 6am Mike was able to help me and get to work by 8am!!! They are a god send at Kost!

Scheduling online was pretty easy. Contacted me back same day to schedule my appointment. Dropped it off no problem. They contacted me before completing any additional work. All said and done new tires mounted and balanced, alignment, inspection and emissions. Driving the vehicle over a week now and everything appears to be good. I will definitely use this shop again. Best part they include a lot of things free with purchase of tires. Who doesn't like free!! I know its factored into the price, but what is not is that they significantly beat competitors pricing on the tires I wanted.

If you’re looking for a place that will treat you like family, look no further! Mark and Sam were the gentlemen that took care of me. I explained a bad experience I had with a local corporate company, they listened and empathized, and handled my issue quickly when I could tell they were very busy! I can’t thank them enough for the professionalism and care they’ve shown me! I will be back and will be recommending them to my friends and family!

Welcoming entrance to the service counter. The sales people were friendly and attentive.Chris took care of me and she was very knowledgeable . I did some research on the tire I wanted, Cooper ATX 4S 275 60 R 20 they did not have them in stock but were able to order them. Came in when they said no delays. The technicians were very competent and did no damage to my rims. If you need tires Kost is the place to go.
