“This pharmacy is 100 times better than CVS and the surrounding pharmacies. The pharmacy techs are lovely. I had previously written about Ettie not being the best Pharmacist but I was wrong in that review and spoke out of turn. She cares about her customers and gets to know them. I like her a lot and she is very smart and caring and professional. I transferred all my prescriptions here because of Ettie. The store associates are also wonderful.”
“Not a bad location, there is always some type of savings on groceries and gas as well. Veggies are fresh, the fish market is somewhat limited and good variety of meats. All in all not a bad shopping experience.”

“Why is it that people only do reviews if they are unhappy with something, but not if something goes well? The staff at this pharmacy is amazing! They will go out of their way to help you lower prescription costs or contact a drs office if something is wrong or needs changed! The pharmacists are very friendly unless you give them attitude first. Be kind and they are kind in return.”

“2 employees helped my mother after she left the pharmacy and was waiting for her transportation - which was delayed. My mother was distressed and feeling faint. “I had an issue with a cake, which was my fault as I didn’t realize Chantilly icing was so delicate, but I cannot express how much I appreciate how it was handled. The manager, Michelle immediately offered to make me another, and was so accommodating and kind - as was the young lady who answered my call. It was a special cake for my daughter’s sweet 16, I am so appreciative for their astounding customer service at the Hermitage, PA location. Rest assured, they stand behind their delicious work!”
“I arrived a few minutes before the pharmacy closed, desperate to find one open on a Saturday near 7. They were accommodating, kind, and patient. They filled the prescriptions even when it caused them to stay open longer than posted hours AND they were pleasant about the entire situation. “I went today to pick up my. Prescription after 2 messages that it is ready. The pharmacist tells me the office. Cancelled my prescription . The doctors just ordered it yesterday in place of a similar medication I was having problems with. The guy was very dismissive and walked away with no thought to resolve issue.I called the physicians office spoke with the medical assistant she said the pharmacist made a mistake. They have I inexperienced staff in place with no concern for a patients health which should be. Their first concern. Update: 3/2/22I heard back from the pharmacist regarding he did acknowledge. The mistake was the. Office . The issue of him not being concerned and realizing the harm I could suffer of not having this medication was not addressed nor his lack of hospitality towards me. He did shine on my after emergency hospital visit medications. He showed med medication conflicts . He did awesome and I appreciate that. I know he is busy serving all customers. Just please beware this job. Is not. A restaurant or. Department store. Actual lives are in your hands. Thank you for any misunderstanding. I applaud your attention to my medication and hope to enjoy Walgrens going forward.”

“This is the best pharmacy in Mercer County. It's not a big corporation, so you can actually get prescriptions that other pharmacies refuse to stock because their CEO doesn't believe in it (Like Suboxone). Also, there is no long wait in line, because they are a smaller store. And they have a drive thru. Prices are fair too. Stop going to Rite Aid in Hermitage and waiting in line for 20 minutes. Go across the street instead. You won't regret it!”

“Helpful employees helped me find hidden items. Items were listed in one place online but were shelved somewhere else. I looked forever for G27 or whatever it said online, and it wasn't even in the same isle. On the other side of the store in the first aid section, it was literally hidden behind an end display. I asked an employee, and she found it in less than 60 seconds with the item #. Thank You!”
