I drop off FedEx packages for shipment at my local Walgreens. They are always polite and thankful even though I'm not even purchasing anything. I'm always happy to stop in to say ? "Hi" and drop a package ? to go.

There's clearly a new employee here, he was quite rude by telling me to insert my card when he didn't even have the card reader ready, and then adjusting his tone to tell me to put my card in again, and then touching my card for me as if i'm incapable of making a purchase. I would never touch my customer's personal belongings unless they asked. Not sure why I can do a better job at customer service than a 50 year old.

I love how easy it is to make photo prints and photo gifts from the Walgreens app. The daily/weekly photo coupons make this my “Go To” app for all my photo needs! The money I save with the coupon codes is awesome!! The staff is friendly and helpful especially Miss Deb at the front register. She ALWAYS greets me with a hello and a smile ??

I switched from Rite Aid for this pharmacy. Things were great the first 5 years. In the past year, it has been a mess. Firstly, they lost one of my husband's prescriptions. Wouldn't have been so bad if it was a normal medication, but it was a narcotic. Luckily they found it in their filing cabinet, even the pharmacist was upset it was in the place it was. Next, they keep trying to use my insurance card that expired in January. I went in and took the new cards several times, and each month with my refill I have to call them and ask why it says insurance issue. Today was the icing on the cake. We had a medication due yesterday, and being a narcotic they could not fill it early. Well they closed yesterday (on a Saturday), and we couldn't get it filled. I called this am and asked them to get it ready, as we took our last dose this morning and we would be leaving to go out of town for the evening. They couldn't guarantee the medication would be filled within the 3 hours I asked for, due to "we were closed yesterday and we are backed up". I want to know what is going on in this pharmacy lately? I am switching my business back to Rite Aid.

Deb is hilarious and all the pharmacy people are fantastic. If you get a new medication, they actually call you to see how your doing. They ask if you have any questions or side effects. A great team of employees there.

If you get any type of narcotic at this pharmacy even something as simple as a muscle relaxer you will be treated like s*** I asked him what brands of Xanax they had because some brands make me sick like sandoz I am allergic to sandoz brand so he tells me well that's the only brand we have is the one you're allergic to and I know he's full of s**** These pharmacist they think they are also your doctor and God!
